bathrooms were very modern The beds are not clean, I have bites over my stomach from bedbugs this is a serious problem for that reason I will not be recommend or use the hotel again. I was in room 7 for reference. The parking is also a big problem one needs to park on the pavement outside the hotel in not covenant at all

O on kloof boutique hotel & spa is so quiet,if someone needs a peace of mind this is the right hotel for that

not much to like The water was cold, had to shower cold There is no proper entrance or proper parking, it's just a corner in front of a garage. The TV doesn't have netflix or any streamer only a bunch of sport channels. no minibar The breakfast was sad, no almond milk, so basic an uninteresting and needs to be ordered the night before. When I booked I requested 8PM check in and they declined it for no reason. I replied with questions and they never answered, Bad customer service They don't take cash for incidental of 60 zar only. Just highly uninteresting, I should have gone to the Taj, it was the same price

Location was perfect for me , staff were welcome and of good help whenever I asked something. Breakfast was scrumptious and the venue is beautiful. I will surely use them again. None

The staff was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time out of the country and I felt at ease! They were very accomdating and friendly! In addition, the spa staff was very kind and did a great job on my facial! I did not like how there was no air conditioning. It got very hot, but it was not intolerable. The beer and snack options weren't a ton, but they were good!

I stated in room 7. I wish it was more private, shared balcony and outside the pool area was noisy. In the morning I could hear the kitchen staff preparing for breakfast.

Stale cereal, small food portions. Hot tub was old and limited operation. Breakfast was small portions for the price of stay. Bathroom had hair in the tub!

Not safe, they failed to open door and homeless people came Refused to give keys to door

Beautiful place with thoughtful staff. They surprise me and my wife with petals celebrating my wife in her language. We had a great time there.

The morning staff were amazing and super friendly. They put a happy birthday message in my room and sang and brought me pancakes. The room was nice but there was a kind of damp smell. The double bed was actually two singles with a sheet on top, fortunately after speaking to the staff they remedied this with a mattress topper.

We found the staff exceptionally welcoming, helpful and friendly. We could not fault any aspect of our stay and would happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you for making our last few days in Cape Town very special. There was nothing we didn’t like ?

The breakfast was good and great value for the money. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Suite 5, and the view was lovely. We loved the hot tub and the private sun deck.

Great location in Seapoint, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Breakfast was tasty. Would be nice to be able to contact the front desk from your room.

The description for the room was deceiving It was stated as overlooking the pool yet room was in the basement where the pool was also. Even though one could see the outside by the door view, I feel the location of this room should be explained so that person can make an informed decision to take it or pay more for the other rooms on ground level. Overall the state and staff service was good. Clean place. However one may think it's a big place/hotel from the pictures. It's a small 7 roomed hotel.
