I have stayed at this hotel a few times, mostly because of its location and easy walking distance access to the promenade. The rooms are spacious and there is covered, secure parking. The bathroom does not have a proper shower and the bathrooms could do with a renovation.

The location was very convenient. The staff were exceptional. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. No different to sleeping on the floor or a table. There were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

The location is excellent a few minutes walk to the Sea Point promenade. There is secure parking and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable! The bathroom is a little dated and the room I stayed in did not have a proper shower, the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment.

The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. The shower is terrible; it was over a tub. The door is broken and does not close properly, the water took very long to get hot and then too it was not hot, rather luke warm. The pressure of the water is also very low. It was not cleaned properly with tiny hairs all over the walls and in the tub.

The personal touch of recognizing our wedding anniversary and small gifts; really appreciated. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable; it felt old and squeaked when changing side while asleep.

It is dated and the facilities could use an upstage. The elevator stopped working twice in a single night stay.

Elevator was not working and when you are on the 5th floor with 4 luggages of 23 Kg and two trolley that was really bad we missed our departure flight because of it then had to pay extra to book on the next…

We liked everything about this property, from the warm welcome we received from Asi the receptionist and the cleaning ladies who were amazing and accommodating. The clean pool and free popcorns from the reception. Best place for family travelling with kids, we will come to this place anytime. The sea view...We loved our stay Nothing
