Location was fantastic. We thought breakfast was included but apparently was not due to covid. Staff were amazing. Some maintenance in the room required.

The room and bed was fairly comfortable. No breakfast was served and yet there was no reduction in the price. The property is seriously in need of renovation and repair and is looking seriously dilapidated.

Location The property is run down. Definitely not four star. Broken chairs on balcony. In desperate need of paint and repairs. Cacti growing in gutters. Light bulbs on balcony needs to be replaced. Most certainly not a luxury guest house. Cockroaches!

Great views, fantastic location! Friendly house keeper! The place really needs some serious attention- renovation! Lots of rust, paint peeling - furniture is old and tatty! Nokia is a fantastic house keeper- who tries her best to keep the place clean! Old dated decor and paintings! Definitely not top notch! Wanted to leave after booking in!

Everything went well Thank you. Only issue I have is that I struggled to sleep one night because of the bed comfortability. It would be advisable to have 1 double not 2 single beds and than you put them together, its quite uncomfortable. Paying for Parking!

Noki was exceptional - very helpful and friendly. Location perfect. Clean and comfortable. There is certainly some maintenance that is required. Some things a bit dated or not the level expected at a 4 star establishment.

The lady that welcomed us has an excellent customer service even though the house was not that much expected but the the lady called noki is 100%

Place was a little bit "tired" but it was a good stay. Would definitely go back. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. The sign boarding for the establishment was not the same as on booking.com. Very confusing, weren't sure we had arrived at the right venue.

The location is good. Near all the necessary facilities . shops ,restaurants etc. The lady that manages for the absentee owner is excellent.. A real jewel. Should not be a 4 stars rating. The house is old and needs some serious maintenance.

The location of the property is excellent. It is central, 20 meters to take beautiful walks on the promenade and watch the sunset. Parking is an inconvenience as there is only one drive way. On top of that I paid R100 a day for parking, and had to wake up from a Sunday afternoon nap and on a monday at 8am to move my car so that some guest could get out. This is a total inconvenience and to pay for it is a real schlepp! ?

The property is very well located and the unit had a very nice sea view. Noki was very friendly and welcomed me with open arms. The unit needs some maintenance and up keep. The blinds didn’t work properly and the window could not close properly. In addition, the towels could do with replacing. I also could not get the DSTV to work. I was very surprised to hear that I would need to pay R150 per day to park on the property. There is no where else to park so I had no other choice but to pay.

The view from the balcony was nice. The place is close to every thing. Many Shops and beach is just a few minutes walk away. There was no breakfast facilities. But i understand its covid-19 related..
