Good location It’s dirty, the rooms advertised are totally different to what they offer! The room was super small and definitely not worth what I paid! When I complained I was not assisted had to check out before the initial date I was planning to check out on !

This is not a place I would recommend anyone stay at The room was dirty, grimey and the furniture was damaged. The bed was rock hard and the sheets were dirty. The fittings were broken and it looked like the room had been abused. When I requested a refund, (as the photos didnt resemble the actual state of the room) the lady at the front desk said that they hadnt been paid by Booking.com and could action a refund. As it turns out that the cancellation fee was the FULL PRICE of my 6 night stay. So Booking.com protect the hotel at the expense of the client - enabling deception (catfishing)

Centrally located to all what I needed. I was in a dormitory and people were very loud and noisy. There was no mirror in the dorm or a side table. It's difficult to get dressed when you are on the top bed to arrange your clothes. There's a spacious area outside that can be converted to a kitchen and people can go sit and chat there and come sleep in the dorm without disturbing others. Also it must be emphasized to use earphones to listen to music or videos. We are not allowed to eat in the dorm but there's nowhere else to eat properly. If you don't want to make a kitchen at least put tables with chairs on the patio. The window doesn't open that sucks. Anyway it was my first and last time in a dorm. It's not my style of accommodation.

For the amount of money I paid, I think it was a good deal. It was in safe area, convenient location. My roommates were noisy. They were chatting 3 o’clock in the morning.

Location was amazing. It's everything you need a backpackers to be. Pleasantly surprised that the hostel was quiet between 10 and 7. Room was cleaned every day. Shower was fantastic. Space to unpack would have been a bonus. There were 3 coat hangers

The gentleman at the main reception was very welcoming and friendly. And the accommodation is situated close to amenities and transport routes giving easy access to stores etc for the stay. Our room had flying insects (not mosquitoes) which was caused either by the window that was open thus leading to insects inside but also caused by the web on the roof that was not cleaned, that didn't prove pleasant. Also the rooms aren't really sound proof so in the morning of our check out we could hear the unpleasant sounds comming from next door.

Cold shower. Men bringing hookers into rooms right through the night. Homeless people coming in through open back door and sleep in big open room with bunk beds, also had access to the area where we were sleeping. Room door that cannot lock from inside. No windows in room. We felt unsafe and could not wait for morning so that we could leave. Never again and would advice my friends accordingly.
