This is was my second and I would say third stay here with my partner and alot had changed including the breakfast. I enjoyed it better smh first stay. The dogs are no longer there and it kinda changed the experience for me.

The staff was incredible! The hotel comfortable, the breakfast buffet worthy of a 5 star hotel It would have been nice to be closer to the promenade…but it was still a good location

Everything was amazing! The room, the staff, the food, location, you name it. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I left the place with such a pleasant experience.

Very kind staff, amazing views from the rooftop, and delicious spread for breakfast. Also worth noting how safe it feels with 24/7 staff and hotel is gated so staff must be the one to allow entry. It truly did feel like home away from home. Highly recommend staying here. Nothing.

Excellent breakfast and fantastic views from the restaurant balcony. Safe parking, and nice neighborhood. Lovely large windows to open for fresh air, and a lovely view from the higher floors. The hotel is quiet inside, and no noise can be heard from other apartments/rooms. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Nothing, it is a lovely place and worth visiting.

The hotel is beautiful. The furnitures, the room, the hospitality, every detail was really nice. The breakfast is also amazing. But nothing beats how clean and beautiful is the property. Nothing, everything was great.

Bed could have been more comfortable

We stayed one week during our first visit to Cape Town. Location was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. View of Cape Town from the cafe and pool was beautiful. All staff were kind and helpful. Room was roomy, modern and clean as were the facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant too and that was delicious. Worth the price. Highly recommend. Fresh fruit at breakfast was not always fresh. But this is a very minor complaint and I am writing it as a helpful recommendation for management.

The kitchen and breakfast were superb. The view from the to was excellent Electrical outlets didn’t work well.
