Very clean. And customer service was amazing. Ellack was an exceptional host. He went over the top and stored our bags for the day during our tour. We flew out that night so we picked up our bags on our way to the airport. It’s a quieter neighborhood so it was easy to get to sleep & the beds were extremely comfortable which is huge after flying 23 hours to get to Cape Town Nothing

Amazing hotel in the safe area and very close to everything. The room was clean and spacious.

This hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated with updated modern flair. We asked for a quiet room on the top floor and the request was honored with a gorgeous room with its own large balcony overlooking the pool area. There was even a sea view in the distance. The room was very bright and sunny, designed perfectly with a large sliding glass door to allow the natural light to flood into the space. The shower is a large walk in, brand new, with hot water and great water pressure. The bed and furnishings are very comfortable, including balcony furniture to enjoy the gorgeous fresh air outside. The included breakfast is hot and made to order and is served at a pretty and clean breakfast area in the lobby. The hotel is very quiet and located in a residential neighborhood. It is close to many eateries and just a few streets away from the boardwalk where you can walk safely to Sea Point and the Waterfront. The staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. We originally booked for two nights and added a third because everything was so perfect. Would absolutely recommend, and stay here again.

I stayed here for a week for a worktrip and overall I had a pleasant stay. However, I think this hotel may be better for shorter stays. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast to be lacking and the breakfast area to be quite tight. The shower was also poorly designed so the water would create a puddle in the middle of the bathroom. As noted this hotel does not have an elevator so if you have mobility challenges than this hotel may not be for you.

I love the cooked breakfast, it kept me full for the whole day.

Breakfast was good & plenty to choose from. Fresh fruit everyday. Staff friendly & happy to please requests. Bed was a bit too firm for us.

The photos are misleading. The bedding etc was old. White towels and bedding Grey!!. No plug for the hairdryer. Booked the Delux. What a sad story. I travel quite frequently. Bookings, etc. needs to inspect. This is misleading I was so disappointed As above. Did not like anything. Will definitely NOT recommend. NO PHOTOS. Who takes photos of something they don't like. Lightning disaster. Would not switch off completely. The carpets are dirty. Not only in rooms. Also, in passage. This is false advertising

Centrally located, felt safe. Friendly staff and all we needed for a nights stay

We thought the staff were really nice. We found the bed very comfy. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and thorough. The breakfast options were simple but nice. The hotel is well located - very easy to get Uber etc. The hotel itself is very secure and we felt very safe. Air-con was tricky to operate. Towels occasionally had a bit of a damp smell, but they were changed whenever requested.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very clean throughout. we arrived early and were able to park the car securely before our room was ready, allowing us to make the best use of our time while there. We liked we could walk to the Waterfront and a taxi back to the hotel later on was not expensive. There could have been a couple more sunbeds by the pool, but space was quite restricted.
