The worst part was the hygiene. Someone had vomited on the bathroom floor in the morning, and because the toilet and bath are in the same small room, the entire facility became unusable. We were forced to leave without even being able to bathe. The management is completely disorganized and clearly does not prioritize cleanliness or guest safety. Do not stay here.

The area First had to wait 3hours after my actual time Secondly my bath water of the night couldnt run out, so I couldnt take a bath before I leave, place was not quiet enuff for me to rest, I felt very unsaved people come in and go as they please

The service is terrible. Please do not the mistake of booking there!!! For your own mental health; there’s no privacy, the infrastructure is collapsing, bathrooms are out of order and it’s not entirely safe. Everything

Worn out dodgy building, looks like a scene from a movie where the serial killer goes after someone. This place is ok for someone that’s truly not bothered to stay anywhere

Room smoking

The location Subpar facilities, no locking cabinet, dirty room was cleaned after i arrived, they scheduled fumigation while rooms are booked and not on their own time, they said i can't leave any gadgets around, i had to leave my backpack at reception just for safety, after 2 hours i decided to leave and they refused to partially refund my 3 day booking, this is the worst experience out of any place I've booked

The location The security The aspect of some tenants actually smoking in the rooms and the smoke sips to the next room. The shared kitchen idea is also not ideal for private living.

The bedding is clean that's all!!!! The shower head is large and the waters warm. Nothing...it is what used to be an office I don't believe booking.com has taken the responsibility to look into the properties where you dignity is rife.This place made me feel thrown away From four beds to having an extra placed . There is hardly room to move. The kitchen is sheit!! The bathroom toilet you can hardly sit because it so close to the wall . You pay and shut up. The male draff continues entry into the female dorm!!!!!!

My stay was overall excellent and enjoyable.

the staff was nice and helpful most of the time it was very unhygienic. dirty toilet/showers, foul smell, the bedding was dirty, i had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to my room
