Wish if the breakfast had a more variety in dairy products (cheese)

Guest at the gym, spa and sauna are prone to sexual harassment. They should have male, female and neutral facilities

The main restaurant is not open for dinner and in room dining has the smaller menu of 3-4 items. There is another restaurant Urchin ( very good) open for dinner but its a fine dining “Chef Restaurant “

I phoned ahead and asked the hotel if they could please switch on the AC in the room and set it to the coldest setting. It wasn't done. When I arrived I wanted to order room service, but there was no menu in my room. By the time someone brought the menu it was too late to place an order at the bar. If there had been a menu as there was supposed to be, it would've been in time. It was the hotel's fault that the order was late. I asked room service and reception to make an exception, but they refused. Furthermore, for a Hyatt Regency to not have a coffee machine is terrible. If I wanted instant coffee I can stay at a 1-star hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent as was all the service. The rooms were HUGE and very comfortable. N/A

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Airbnb we booked ended up not working out and we needed to find another place to stay ASAP. We booked the Hyatt and were there within minutes of booking. We told the staff about our situation and they were very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. So grateful for their hospitality and assistance on what was otherwise a very unpleasant and hectic day.

Minor issue happened in AC, room door machine, but not a big deal overall as the staff was very responsive !

We had a great stay in this hotel. The Staff (specifically the restaurant staff) were amazing and so friendly and professional. The hotel is so Halal friendly and it’s directly next to bo kaab area. The location is exactly in the middle of the city. There is a masjid 1 minute walking distance from the hotel. Special Thanks to : Grace For her beautiful soul and great smile ( She should be in the front desk she is such a great front desk face) Shermone for making sure that our daughter is well fed Saleeha for making sure our stay is perfect Zakhreya for his efforts Triq for his politeness And sorry if we forgot the rest of the staff names they all should honestly have a raise. The TV needs to be smart (few options available) Breakfast options are limited

The location and staff The furniture is old. And the housekeeping is not very clean. They did not put enough towels even though we make several requests
