Everything about this stay was extraordinary. The staff, the decor, the rooms, the service, the location - all A+. My husband got really sick on the second day we visited and the staff was so helpful in figuring out what to do and where we could stay for a few hours while we were figuring out his care and whether we could return home. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Located in the heart of Cape Town. Clubs, bars and restaurants all around. A little too much noise and, while it’s well maintained, it feels a bit tired.

The staff were amazing, fabulous roof top bar and a really nice quirky hotel close to great restaurants and bars

Loved the decor and vibe of this place, very nice for a cute getaway even as a South African just having a staycation in Cape Town. We booked on the day and called ahead to ask about the parking that has to be booked in advance, they were very helpful and the parking is super easy once you have the token from reception. We asked for a late check out the next morning and the staff was super accommodating since we had a late flight the next day. We had no issue with the noise from the bar across since the room has a double panel window and when you close both it blocks out most of the noise. The location is great. The staff were very friendly and even lent us a scale to weigh checked luggage. Also loved the complimentary drink at the rooftop bar on check in. Would definitely stay again! Having the car while having to get the parking token is a bit difficult as street parking is restricted, but we just left someone in the car on a loading zone since it was a Saturday.

    Good location Poor parking

I was there on a Saturday night and because you are in the CBD, it can be a little loud but they gave me an inside room and that really helped and I slept great.

The staff were really friendly, the location is perfect - near many good restaurants. The apartment is spatius and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is a la carte and the selections is really good. Accross from the hotel is a very nice bar that turned club starting with Thursday and going into the weekend (it was also First Thursday). Our hotel room windows were oriented in that direction. We got very little sleep in those nights. The hotel staff offered to move us, so that was nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Trade boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The rooftop bar was superb, and a lot of fun. Great vibe in the neighborhood. Its close to lots of restaurants. The shower was a bit small, but that was it. Everything else was good.

My stay lasted for 24 days, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. What truly sets this place apart is the highly professional and friendly staff. They showered me with their kindness and hospitality until I felt like I was among my second family. The service was excellent, and the treatment was top-notch from day one until the very last. If you are looking for a hotel that combines comfort, great service, and a welcoming spirit, this is without a doubt the best choice.

The location is wonderful. The hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood where you can step outside and walk to some great cafés like Stellski, Rosetta and Butter. That's not something to take for granted in Cape Town, and being able to wander out for a coffee made the whole stay feel relaxed. Getting to the conference at CTICC each morning couldn't have been easier. An Uber was never more than two or three minutes away, so the commute was completely stress-free. The hotel itself is full of personality. It's not a cookie-cutter chain. It has real character and style, and our room was spotless, beautifully designed and comfortable. The rooftop bar with its pool was a real highlight, and the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Also loved the restaurant situated on the hotel premises –The Wes –with its Wes Anderson design and wonderful breakfast menu. This is where you'll have breakfast if you book the hotel with breakfast included. I have already literally dreamt of the breakfast I had here. But what really made the stay was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely going above and beyond at every turn. If you're heading to Cape Town, whether for a conference or as a tourist, I can't recommend The Trade Boutique Hotel highly enough. We'll be back.

Very well located, nice and charming place. The staff is absolutely welcoming Breakfast uis by menu, and portions are considerably small. During our stay we had to order more and it was not included. Beds are quite small too, even though the room having a good layout.
