The location is perfect with seaview on the front & Lions Head at the back. The hotel has a restaurant & bar by the swimming pool & has a sundeck where you can eat while watching the sunset. Seapoint Sunset Beach is just across the street & walking distance to Mojo Market. Another thing, there’s a hotel shuttle that takes you to V & A Waterfront, CBD City Center, Camps Bay & Clifton Bay free of charge, just need to book the night before. No free shuttle airport transfer. And the food choices at the breakfast buffet are pretty much the same the whole duration of our stay.

The hotel is extremely old, rooms & bathrooms need to be completely renovated. The lobby is also not very welcoming. This hotel has been in CPT for so long & you can see that. Lifts are really slow

The hotel is right at the center of everything The tv was pathetic. It was mot functional. I had to always ask for the maintenance guy to come and help. What is more boring is that the channels are limited and the screen gor watching soccer is skewed and clear it was very pathetic

The direct views on the ocean, the room with the small kitchen, the breakfast, the gym and pool area, the staff, the views all perfect, nothing to complain about

The hotel is incredible old, outdated and poorly maintained. Although we had a 2 bedroom suite, but it was cheaply decorated and looked its (old) age.

The location of the hotel and food was excellent very good ….liked the shuttle service it’s such a good idea thou to a certain parameter of kilometres makes things easy for us . We were put in a room that had a big tree outside our window that blocked our view ,the unit was ok but our room couldn’t lock the handle is broken some of the lights are not working that made the room dark ….the hotel needs a bit of a updo it’s getting old
