The location was great, as the hotel is close to the ICC, which is what we needed for the week, but the food was not what was expected, as it did not cater for everyone which was disappointing. Food and noise from other guests. Also, due to the number of guests staying at the hotel, we were always made to wait to get our meals, which we were not happy about.

Breakfast was good - Location was good. That is all that was great about our stay Dirty room. Beds were bad - linen not great - bases exposes but leather pealing - just untidy. Waited an hour for an iron, was told that they cannot bring an ironing board as it was "undergoing maintenance" Iron did not work either had to request another. Lifts not maintained terrible! Abrupt unfriendly front desk!

While i waited for my ride they got me an early check-in... that was a plus for me considering I had to return late at night after my tours for the day.

Comfort and location ...The people there are so wonderful ...The bus station is just across the street . .The streets are so safe.The patrol teams/ securities are doing an amazing job.and the city is super clean..is .in the centre of everything No wardrobes.just a small rail that is exposed to catching dust .No cable channels or Netflix and Dstv only limited channels

Nothing, the space of the bedroom was very small, the toilet don’t can’t open full.. you have to slide to get in, We booked for four days and we didn’t even sleep because the space was too small, cancelation fee was supposed to be R790 per night and they were suppose to give us the remaing but they didn’t
