The Area was nice and quite, and the Manager was so friendly, but the Staff was Oky, and the place was very neat and clean, secured cameras All over. My white standard pillows where dirty, it looks like they wer not changed. And there wer no shower gels and lotions

The bedroom, the pool, the.environment was welcoming , I.am.definitely going back. Except for the cockroaches in the kitchen everything else was great, we enjoyed our stay, Friendaly staff and welcoming..

Nothing the rooms where dirty and the bathrooms stank I didn't get the code of my room has to call the manager to open my room every time i went out

We liked the bathroom created outside the room to create more space inside room and it was nice to shower "under the stars", but we guess it can get extremely hot there in the Summer days. Nevertheless, it did not bother us. We arrived at about 15:00, but our room was not ready yet. We were promised a save parking spot, but it was not available when we returned at about 21:00. My wife was slightly hurt because there was no sensor on the electric sliding gate. There was no fridge in the room. We could not use a kettle or hair dryer in the room.

Nothing The owner was very unwelcoming and rude to his staff; always shouting at the people he work with. He totally lacks interpersonal skills, very odd for someone who is hospitality business. However the second old man was very kind and I ended up talking to him more when I needed assistance. The gate access was controlled by the owner, he refused giving us the remote citing safety reasons while I felt our safety was compromised by having to stand at the gate while he sometimes took his time to open or not pick up the phone. He went on and on about controlling the geyser, telling us how expensive the bill gets (we definitely did not need to hear this as guests). We ended up not sleeping there for the entire booked period, just to avoid all of that unpleasant atmosphere. The rooms were dirty, mine had hairs all over, candy on the floor from the previous guests. My daughter's room had flipflop sandals under the bed, this was probably from another guest which is a clear indication of not preparing the rooms for new guests. If that old man was not there, we would have checked out on the same day.

Nice and quiet environment ? Amazing set-up ? There is little attention to cleanliness needed, as we came across a few cockroaches in the room, but other than that nice place.

The check in time was from 14H00 at 16H00 when my daughter arrived, they couldn't enter their room due to maintenance being done ,they only entered their room at 17H00,I messaged the owner and got a very rude and sarcastic response,he told me I mustn't bother him with little things,and had no people skills for a business owner,so for me it was a very bad experience and I will never book Mitchells geust house again.

Your own privacy There was some vomit on curtains, headbord and under bed. So place was no really clean. The people that looked after place was drinking and then fighting +-3 o'clock in the morning with crued talk. Not very good for the place image. Don't think I would stay there again
