It was nice and relatively clean didn’t really have any issues there was clean towels clean bedding everything was decent I don’t like the pipes in my room as we ran the water the tap was leaking so that was very upsetting to see and there was a vending machine but it wasn’t working with card which was really inconvenient as me and my fiance wanted to snack on something late at night when every shop is closed

Friendly & helpful staff, Located within walking distance from a mall. Small room, old aircon but working at least. Bathroom / toilet very small,crampy. No 2 point outlet for changing phone in the room.I asked reception for plug to charge phone in my room.

Friendly staff, cleaned rooms without asking. Reception is really nice. Can take coffee how you like. Security on point. Location good, easily walk to the shops

Easy check-in. Safe parking. Small but comfortable rooms. Located close to a Mall. Some traffic noise at night. The coffee machine wasn't working in the morning. Not the safest area to walk outside.

The personnel. Definitely they wanted to help but clearly they had no resources to do better. The place wasn’t clean at all. There was blood ok the beds. Air conditioning kept on leaking and the carpet was extremely dirt.

The place was clean and safe location. The female staff at the front desk was unfriendly and rude. The room did not have a kettle. The key card did not work for all the rooms as we've seen people also struggle outside their room door to try and open it. We were actually helping each other to open the door, you have to keep swiping until it's your lucky time, after like 25 times. No basin in the bathroom, it's actually in the bedroom so you brush your teeth and wash your hands in the bedroom, which is quite disgusting. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a rock.

Quick and easy check in process. Safe Parking. Free coffee at reception. Room was clean/well prepared. For the price you pay at Sun1 these days , The room feels very outdated unfortunately especially the shower/toilet area. Maybe time for some 'renovation especially at these prices.

The Sun1 didn't have breakfast which is quite a disadvantage. A lift should be installed to help with the heavy luggage upstairs
