Breakfast was great, the room was cosy, room was comfortable. It is not as close to the airport as thought, but on arrival we slept well!

The Executive room was smaller than the standard room we changed to. The rooms are in a very noisy place next to the main road. The noisy roads where the rooms were. we even had to change rooms from the Executive room to a standard room which was also a bit noisy but better than the executive room.

The room was not clean. There was no soap at the basin, I tried to use the bodywash at the shower to wash my hand. Whatever was in there was rotten and had a horrible pungent smell, it took me over 5 minutes to was the smell of my hands and the smell lingered in the room for an hour. The safe parking offered is a lie. You park in a open lot next to the road with no security and no gates.

We had just come off an international flight and were looking forward to a good nights sleep but the road noise and people shouting outside made it impossible.

Whenever I stay here I get the best sleep! The beds are amazingly comfortable, quality linen and blackout curtains, perfect for sleeping in. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. There is a coffee shop that serves delicious yet affordable breakfasts, as well as a Chinese restaurant with great sushi specials. All this can be arranged with room service. You can literally just sleep all day and have delicious food brought to your room. If you're in need of a proper rest, this is the place. Even though it's located in Voortrekker road, it is extremely safe and secure. There isn't anything i didn't like..

I chose this hotel because it was so close to my job site. Unfortunately, everyone warned me that it wasn't safe to walk around the area.

The place was well kept and clean. Just needed a small kitchen but all restaurants / takeaways was within reach. The service was wonderful in total There was no kitchen in the unit, would have been perfect otherwise.
