They offered safe parking which was a relief. The service at the front desk was efficient and the room was neat and tidy upon arrival. The kettle and plugs did not work in the room which was a huge inconvinience. The bathroom window was badly broken and was covered with sellotape if im not mistaken. The staff at the front desk could of also been abit more informative regarding how things work if you leave and come back.

Problem with the TV, Remote and Signal

Just the pool. The TV was not working for two days Your staff was not friendly the shower was not working properly There was no fresh towels the next days There was 1 soap only and we two people for 2 days The access card working intermittently

Nothing The room they gave me had no fridge. The Tv in the room has ink in the front which made viewing very bad. The Netflix on the TV wasn’t working and I complained. They didn’t fix it. The towel they give is not good at all and has lint removing from it. When you use to clean your then lints of the fabrics will attach to your skin. The Bathroom drain was very bad. When you bath the water fills the bathroom and everything. They have a lot to do and to work on to match the prices they charge.. the neighborhood is also very noisy and not very nice.

The only good thing about the property is the staff the bedding was abit dirty , the shower wasnt working at all and there was literally no water and the bathroom wasn’t pleasing at all

I booked and paid extra for a room with a view of Table Mountain, but upon arrival we were told that none of the rooms have that view. That was very disappointing and misleading. The shower design is impractical, as there are no doors, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor with no way to clean it. The rooms are not serviced during the stay, sheets were not changed, and basic cleaning is not provided. Even simple items like a broom would have helped maintain cleanliness. The towels were also poor quality, as they shed lint and left residue on the skin. On our last day, there was no water due to burst pipes, leaving us unable to shower before checkout. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the additional fee paid for a specific room feature that was not provided.

Horrible place! And aggressive staff! The room an bathroom were separate and i almost got sexually assaulted from the bathroom to my room. I hate this place. There should be a time cut off for noise control around 22:00 at night. It can be annoying if you still up at one in the morning. Thank You I would definitely use the hotel again as the staff are quick to respond to complaints and queries

Will you kindly explain to me how is it possible that my things are missing, in several occasions? Someone stole my toiletries They then opened my suitcases took my a pair of sneakers Stole my weaves, hair dryer as well as pin adapter what else could be missing? How did this happen but when I am getting my things every time there’s someone paying attention but when it’s other people getting their staff no one is paying attention they have all the time to open bags. Theft

THE PEOPLE WAS VERY NOISY

The interior is so welcoming. nothing
