Lovely space, great location and facilities. My money was stolen,$800. I still don’t have an update in the “investigation “
-
As per above, this was the only negative.

All the staff were so accommodating, rooms were a good size and clean

The location in Claremont on spacious grounds is a gem. The understated additions to the original grand home have been thoughtfully and tastefully done. The quiet and shady outdoor dining options are a treat! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to our feeling right at home. Nothing

Great service from friendly staff. Fantastic views. Excellent food. Nothing

The breakfast was outstanding Huge selection of fresh fruit and buffet options as well as menu items The towel warmer in my room did not work no matter how long I set it up in advance and the hot water in the shower was often just above lukewarm. I also wish there was an atm on the property for proper tipping of the bellmen like Gene?! I think that’s his name. He gave a good overview of the room, assisted with my luggage and also ensured I got ice as requested. The bar area at night seemed under staffed and wasn’t very pleasant.

Best buffet breakfast in town.

The staff—from reception to the breakfast and Morii restaurant teams—are incredibly friendly and make you feel truly welcome. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with lovely scented soaps. I especially enjoyed the peaceful garden walks, the stunning views from the pool and restaurant, and the well-equipped gym. The breakfast variety is impressive, and the food at Morii was delicious. A perfect, peaceful stay!
-
Service at the garden side restaurant where walk ins get better service than hotel guests. Same for parking. Crowded from outside patrons, and no space for hotel guests... seems wrong
-
Insulation of the windows is poor so that in case your room faces the interior yard you will hear the frogs all night as if they are in your room
-
The setting is exquisite and the staff are top notch!
