Breakfast was a bit limited

Cleaners come into my room without permission sometimes even while I’m asleep or unaware

Curata, locație bună ventilatorul de la baie nu putea fi oprit și provoca un sunet foarte deranjant pe timpul nopții. programul de la micul dejun nu era respectat, nu te lăsa să intri nici măcar cu un minut înainte de 7:00, și dacă intrai la 7:00 era o mulțime de pre care nu erau aduse, care nu erau aranjate, angajații încă făceau curățenie prin restaurant.

I was made to pay a key refundable deposit of 200 Rand and they never refunded it. They had all sorts of stories. I think it's criminal.

The reception staff were friendly. I had some special requirements for my room and they went over and above. The room was great, spacious and clean. Centrally located If I had to choose, the bacon at breakfast was not that nice

generally it is fine. location, cleanness, are very good, except for the less considerate reception service. I stayed twice. for the frist time, it was fine (I left one day ealier than planned and got told that the day can not be reunded or transferred to the next stay. but I think it is fine and decided to stay for the second time two days later). however, in the second stay, i would like to check out at 3pm, since the flight is at night. they said, i have to pay half day. It is still fine so far. during the payment, I said, I may stay till 3 30 or 4 00 if the luggage packing takes a bit longer. I was told that I have to pay a full day for this!!! during the whole process, I try to be as considerate as I can, however, I got a less relaxed and trusted response. would not be back agin.

The hotel amenities could only be paid for by card, as someone who could not do that it was very hard for me to even buy a bottle of water at the property. The breakfast did not taste fresh, the dry ingredients were stale and they barely had any vegetarian options.

Would highly recommend this hotel

Issues with parking.. and the television could not watch sport the whole weekend

Breakfast was good and well organized. Good selection and good quality This hotel in real life does nor look like the wonderful photos on Booking.com... The hotel is in a sleazy part of Cape Town with dodgy looking characters lurking around outside. The UBER drivers block the entrance to the hotel parking. There were some dodgy women sitting around in the foyer.... seems they could be paid by the hour to meet the needs of males staying in the hotel. The parking of the hotel is extremely difficult to understand and navigate to your allocated parking. There were cockroaches all over the floor (around the lift) where my expensive room was located. The SUPERIOR apartment I rented on the 21st floor smelt like a sewerage farm when I woke up on Thursday morning - seems all the smells from the lower floors got to the air-conditioning vents of the top floors during the night. .... and to make matters worse, there is absolutely no way of allowing fresh air to get into the apartment as it has NO opening windows. Terrible place to say the lease - never even again

Location was fabulous! All tours picked us up at the hotel lobby. Lots of security but did not feel like an unsafe location. Pharmacy, laundry and shipping across the street. The fabulous view from our room was of Table Mountain!! Delicious hot, to order, breakfast was fantastic! 3 blocks to cruise terminal and fun waterfront. Super safe security in the building. Large bathroom & shower! Kitchen is very well stocked including a coffeemaker and toaster. Room was quiet! No information at all in the room about services (ie: phone, safe, breakfast, amenities, etc). Shower door popped really loud every time it opened!

Was on floor 28 and I guess that's the last floor,, getting up and finishing the the with the ocean view was magical,, breakfast team excellent,, everything was great ?

The staff were amazing. Pleasant, courteous and helpful. Also loved the breakfast’Annex.’ Wide variety of food and great view. Nice restaurant attached also! The view from the room overlooking the city and down to the waterfront was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked a parking and there were strict instructions regarding parking that will end up with clamping of one’s wheels. But, there was one idiot that kept on taking my parking and they were not clamped

Persone by ontvangs was vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons kamer was netjies en groot genoeg. Ons het veilig gevoel. Ons het R125 vir oornag parkering betaal. Ons het die volgende oggend 8h vir ons visums gegaan - loopafstand van die hotel. Ons het 8h uitgeboek, maar is toegelaat om ons motor daar te los tot 12h sonder enige ekstra betaling. Ons kon dus ons visums kry terwyl ons motor veilig is en ons hoef nie ander parkering te soek nie. Ons het al voorheen daar gebly en sal dit beslis weer doen en beveel dit ook aan. Daar was ook 'n groot verskeidenheid kosse by ontbyt en alles wat ons geeet het, was heerlik. Alles was baie goed - niks om oor te kla nie. Net 'n aanbeveling: daar is slegs 2 kleinerige koppies in die kamer - 2 groterige, mooi koffiebekers sal 'n goeie byvoeging wees.
