Staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Lots of space (a few different areas) for sitting, eating, relaxing, grilling, etc. The kitchen is quite useful and stocked pretty well. I ended up coming back to stay 4 more nights later in my vacation. My stay was very enjoyable, I just wish the few bad apples (with respect to keeping the kitchen clean) would learn to to tidy up after themselves so the cleaning staff didn't have to do it. Management is aware of this and is working on some solutions.

The doors key broke off inside of the keyhole leaving some of us unable to leave for the bathroom.

Staff were kind. Place was kept clean, especially the bathrooms. I was very impressed. WiFi was strong. Rooms have lockers (bring your own lock. There are enough plugs for everyone. We had a fan in our room which helped with the heat. Mattress was a bit worn in. Guests should adhere to the noise levels timelines. Making a boost in common areas at 5am shouldn't be allowed.

Good place, lots of permanent residents there, a good place to work. Not much of a hostel vibe, but definitely get your moneys worth. Staff was very friendly and everything was clean, kitchen was superb.
