Breakfast was on point and the location was not that far from the waterfront.Generally Black brick was a nice place with a nice window view.

Great location. Friendly stuff, safe area. Reliable Wi-Fi connection. Great central place for access to many areas in the Cape Town City Centre. The breakfast has limited options. I dont eat eggs and bacon and had to skip breakfast some days because of the limited options.

It was good value for money. The room was clean. Safe parking area. And the staff was really friendly. The location isn’t great (surroundings don’t feel safe). Isolation should be better as there was really a lot of wind and it kept us up all night.

Breakfast was excellent, location was superb with regard to my conference location The TV in the room did not work most of the time, as it always had network/internet problems.
-
I liked their morning breakfast service. You get the opportunity to eat assorted breakfast to start off the day. I can't point out one yet

noisy outside ?

Staff were generally helpful, the breakfast was basic but fine and the hotel is located in a very central part of Capetown, within easy striking distance of many things. The AC in my first room was dripping water and the solution I was advised was to switch it off. When I insisted that I needed cooling, they moved me to another room, the smell in that room was so bad that I was choking on it. I eventually had to cut my stay short by two days and move to another hotel. The most annoying part is that the receptionist clearly knew about the odor in the room before moving me in there. I paid four full days, no refund. Will not be using Blackbrick every again.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious well laid out. The rooms were clean, modern and well structured. It had been very noisy outside and the sound inside traveled as well.

NONE, THE ATMOSPHERE, BANGING ON WALLS THE ENTIRE NIGHT, LOUD CLUB NOISES AND CAN'T GET HOLD OF THE RECEPTION AREA.
-
The location is close to everything we needed, so very prime. Also only like 6 minutes from my brother who was our main source of transaport so it is ideal. The staff were super friendly, always willing to help. Thank Reggie especially The noise at night sometimes was a little much but i guess the location explains it.

The location and helpfulness of the receptionists Shower door was broken Windows dirty No hand lotion was provided
-
Everything about it was perfect Unstable internet

The room is spacious and liked everything about it. Can't fault it. The place is nice inside and liked the fact that there is a parking. There is a night club on the ground. It is so difficult to sleep while the sound/music is playing loud to the early hours of the morning. Worse I was on the first floor maybe if allocated higher floors might be better. I understand it has nothing to do with the establishment but it is really a nuisance.

parking is incredibly difficult . Converted parking lot

There were rats outside so couldn’t open the windows since I was on the first floor, could hear water running down a pipe that was connected in my bathroom every time which I assume might be when someone was taking a shower or something
