Labotessa Boutique Hotel is located in a prime location in the City Bowl district of Cape Town, surrounded by historical monuments and museums. Brigit was simply amazing .. Martin, the operations manager was too. It’s a luxury gem in the heart of CapeTown. I stayed in the presidential suite and I have no words to describe the excellence of the decor to the hospitality. Loved everything about the property

Amazing location. Beautiful, comfortable room, but exceptional service from a highly accessible and friendly team was the standout. Thank you Johan, Martijn, Claudine, Bridgett and all the staff. The dinner recommendations and reservations were exactly right and gave us fresh perspectives of the real Cape food experience. Nothing!

This boutique hotel is one of the fe special hotels in the world. It has wam and friendly atomosphere, and breakfast was very good. The manager often greeted us and gave helpful tips about restaurants and sighteseeing. We lifed the elevator that goes directly to the rooms. The interiors, gesigned by the owner, were beautiful and comfortable. Drinks, biscuits, and cheese were brovided in the room every day. Parking in front of the hotel was also very convenient. The hotel is located downtown, so it's not safe to walk around at night, but it's fine if you go by car. The bathroom was bit small compared to the size of the room, but the floor heating made it very comfortable on cold days.

It is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city. Sophisticated, extremely comfortable, smells divine (hosts the local Dipytique boutique) with exceptional service with every staff member buying into the vision of impeccable hospitality. Flawless!

The Presidential Suite is one wow factor after the next, with the most beautiful touches throughout. You don't want to leave. That I didn't spend more time in the room!

Firstly the staff are superb. Professional, experienced, and eager to assist with a personal and personable approach. Nice, caring human beings. Warm yet not overstated furnishings. Spacious room. Very well thought out design with a place for everything, and many amenities cleverly concealed out of view so your every desire is on hand, and you can admire the beautiful room and wider property without intrusion of function. Impeccably clean and in perfect condition. Tasty and healthy complimentary snacks and beverages in the room. Central for a taste of Cape Town and quick access to all the sites. Great breakfast available throughout the day. Nothing

A truly amazing experience in the heart of Cape Town. Everything from the Suite to the staff was impeccable. The Presidential Suite does not disappoint and you won’t ever want to leave! The plunge pool on the balcony was an added bonus to cool down after a hot day.

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Bridget, Rachel, …. I am sorry forgot all the other names, were simply amazing. Their service attitude is unmatched. They even walk you to the hotel if it’s in the area. The food is world-class too and the personnel there same thing, absolutely outstanding. The rooms are big, beautiful and one of a kind. We are often disappointed when we compare pictures with reality, this is the other way around. And yes it’s a lot of money but from our perspective it was worth every single cent. Next time we come to Capetown we‘ll book the same place, that’s for sure. I‘d argue there is no better in Capetown than Labotessa.
