The staff is amazing and it’s close to all major attractions. The hotel did not have a gym and the cleaning of the room could be better.

Perfect location if you need to be close to City Hall, CTICC. Secure parking is available (extra payment) which makes it so much easier. Our room was clean, comfy bed, and had a nice balcony which was good, my husband is a smoker. The room size is good if you only travel with hand luggage (no cupboard or space for big luggage), and we were surprised how quiet it was - no hustle & bustle from the city They have a roof top bar, spa and a small pool - lovely for a sundowner and enjoying the view over CT and Table Mountain. The bathroom door is just a sliding door - it's a sight but definitely not a sound protector. If you are in company of your hubby it might be ok but not if you travel with a friend ;) The bathroom has at least a normal sized shower but the rest is so tiny, you don't even have a board for your toiletry. But, for a 1-2 night stay it is ok Unfortunately the cleanliness of the breakfast area needs improvement. Tables are not cleaned and set up for next guests, buffet is very limited, not worth 150R per person (rather go for a proper breakfast in one of the nearby cafes)

Nothing, it’s dirty They have cockroaches and it’s not clean

The staff were very helpful, the place was clean, breakfast was good though the same style everyday The day we arrived, we were given a room we didnt make reservation for and it was a cheaper room. we complained and got given the correct room only the following day. Meaning we paid a higher price on the first night for a cheaper room.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom at night
-
The staff was beyond friendly, kind, and warm. I immediately felt comfortable. N/A
-
Unmistakeable smell of urine in my room, working girls in the rooftop bar, somewhat sketchy streets outside at night.
-
Centrally located to the city Didn’t feel comfortable. The rooms seemed to be good from the photos but in person left much to be desired. We went to check in but didn’t even sleep there because we were very disappointed, even after the staff showed us different room options. The fact that it was also non-refundable left a sour taste in our mouths. R13k gone

No parking Sewage smell in corridor No cupboard Bathroom too small No halaal food
-
The rooms were different from what was shown on booking.com
-
It was small and the staff was friendly They recently did a big renovation and I could still smell the paint in the varnish
-
The pool and bar area at the rooftop is very small.
-
Could hear everything from the street as it was a Friday so was very busy my husband had exams the next day and all the steps going up to the bar lol, but the view is great
-
I didn't eat any breakfast. The room was crammed up, no wardrobe for clothes, no reading table, the one that was in there was too small, a very poor quality chair was provided. the television is paid for, at least there should be some free channels for the client.
-
there was no car park.there was common car park near the hotel.I paid R150 for a night to hotel reseptionist

First day we were given a standard room instead of business king room which was booked originally. Upon request, they moved us to the king room the next day. The pics of the room didnt match with the booking.com site. The charging port provided in the room didn't support iphone. Apart from the location, the hotel didnt match any of my expectations.
-
Room was good, facilities were as expected and staff were friendly and tried to help as much as possible The location of toilet is a bit narrow
-
The lifts are slow
