The duvet became far too warm (July), causing us to wake up periodically. Maybe provide a separate top sheet. Maybe weather wasn't as cold as usual in July.

We had a lovely stay. Super clean and spacious room. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Delicious breakfast too! Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, well styled room, effort to make me feel welcome, seamless check in process, room was ready when I arrived, welcome letter with my name on the bed even though I only booked the room 40min before I arrived. Easy access to rest of town and ride share pick-up pont is close by. Street noise due to street vendors during day, but this dies down at night.

Loved the style. The size of the rooms and the bathrooms were surprisingly large! The staff were helpful and helped us through Uber, shopping etc. Loved the location, in the middle of everything. There were repairs in the road in front that I hoped will be fixed soon. The elevator could be smoother.

Beautiful Old Building right in the middle of the CBD. Close to Hop on Hop off bus stop. Two blocks from Avis, walking distance to Bo. Kaap area, Kloof street. Very modern Inside. Our room was large with plenty of storage, nice big windows, high ceilings, comfortable king size bed, safe, coffee maker, fridge, nice smelling body wash. Shampoo and body lotion. Breakfast was delicious. Just that the bathroom sink drained slowly. No big deal and we did alert the front desk.

I keep returning to this wonderful hotel: Great location, beautifully furnished rooms, modern decoration, a good restaurant, friendly and qualified personnel, at a reasonable cost. There was not information in the room about the available hotel facilities such as swimming pool? gym? restaurant menu?
