Breakfast is absolutely incredible and the view from the rooms is unmatched! Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, safe parking is provided and there are so many amazing spots nearby. A really special place.

Sink fixture was broken and not holding water. Toilet seat is not soft close for a 5 star hotel. Front desk service can be a bit more engaging. . Breakfast orders are slow..

it's beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. I love that your windows can open and get fresh air. And your staff were just absolutely wonderful. nothing I was put first in a room that didn't have a window that opened and they were so kind that they moved me into a room where there is a window that opened and it was amazing.

I stayed at many 4 and 5 stars in Cape Town, this hotel is one of my favorites now because of the following reasons : -Very clean and comfortable room -Comfortable bed -Good shower (water pressure) -Location -Very caring and attentive staff -Very good breakfast with good quality and variety ( including Indian dishes) Those are things I need for my hotel stay, I am highly satisfied! I wish they had a nice rooftop lounge or bar, but there is really nothing I can think of what I did not like.

The reception and check in process were perfect. Our room was super comfortable. Very good bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Gym, Pool & Sauna facilities are very good. The neighborhood around the hotel is not the best, but you can UBER anywhere you want very economically. The breakfast buffet staff could use some more training. The 3 days that we were there, we had to order from two different waitresses in order to get what we wanted. We also saw this happening to tables around us.

Very happy with all aspects of my accommodation. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, and huge sheet towels. Good buffet breakfast with excellent options including meals to order. Centrally located with many restaurants and eating options close by. Try Food Lovers eatery during the day, Reasonable parking rate with valet pick-up and drop-off, of car. All staff very helpful, including those in bar, who all use the same barber! All good although I hate doonas.
