The security and front service desk wasn't friendly. I understand it is a luxury apartment building and the lobby was in a open atrium. However, there was a purposeful disconnect with the security for the building and guest tenants. I felt that I was heavily policed. I also misplaced my key. Which is something that I am sure has happened many times before and found the fee I was charged to replace it was quite expensive. In addition, the keychains and lock boxes are exceptionally small and I am sure leads to having keys misplaced without any on-site backup remedies.

Location The fact that I have not received my deposit back after 6 weeks. I was told it would be refunded in 7-14 working days. Still no refund and now I am not getting responses to my messages.

The manager Janice made the extra effort to secure a suitable room for my aged parents. She and her team ensured that our stay was pleasant and the everything worked well. Perhaps more tags to allow older kids to move within the building on their own.

Spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and our host was very friendly thanks Some of the mirror areas are dark, otherwise everything else was amazing

Loved the location as it was within walking distance to where I needed to be. The check in process, only received my check in process shortly after I had already arrived. Had to wait to be checked in. You also need a R1000 deposit upon check in, WiFi and parking is not included in the rate, you pay extra. Power was out for about 3-4 hours, I thought It was loadshedding but apartment ran out of electricity. We pay so much for xtras so whomever is in charge of these rentals can at least provide guests with proper coffee and not frisco. Also windows can atleast be cleaned.
