The views are great and also the outside sitting areas as nice. The parking lot behind the house is super convenient as well. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Lovely, homy room with all the necessary amenities, friendly owners, and a beautiful beach within a walking distance It's a bit far from the downtown, can be a nice walk though if the weather allows

Breakfast was great and a good value. Pete and Heidi were extremely helpful with suggestions and local travel plans.

A lovely B&B with parking, close to the coast path and within easy reach of St.Ives and Carbis Bay. We had a King Room which was spotlessly clean and had an amazing sea view. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and all the information we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend!

Pete and Heidi were fantastic hosts. Pete spoke about all the places to visit and all about the area, good knowledge. Our room was lovely and clean and decorated lovely, our room was duplicated to the website. Pete mentions the breakfast options and how they worked with a texting service, brilliant idea. Breakfast smelled really nice, we didn't try we were up and out. Parking the car was safe, back of the building my partner is keen where he parks. Would recommend ? Sorry no comment

The owners are very nice, Heidi and Pete were happy to advise where to go and what to see, the views from the room are beautiful, we will definitely come back to Cornwal ???️☀️Breakfast is very tasty No possibility to order coffee from the coffee machine, there is an coffie machine but not in use, as the owner said, No device for heating food such as a microwave for guests, perhaps the owners suggest heating it in the kitchen, we did not ask, there is only a small fridge for use which all guests use.

Breakfast was flexible and a reasonable cost. Lovely en suite bedroom with a view of the sea. Places to sit and relax in the garden if you wanted to.

I liked the furnishing in the room and the bathroom facilities The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Property was very clean and tidy, in a good location close to Tesco and a local pub, we walked into the town centre after marking the car which was only a short 15min walk along some lovely views. N/a
