N/A The pool was unusable. The pool was drained and the left over water was black. There was no knowledge of the pool situation. The parking lot has grass growing in it. A lot of the ac units were missing the covers and/or damaged. The front desk employee did not greet us and took a personal phone call before acknowledging we were there.

Paid for a hotel with a pool for the pool so be empty. Mold all over the shower. Bed frames were falling apart. Won’t be staying again.

Says they have a pool it was drained grass growing through the concrete, breakfast closed too early in my opinion, paint was pealing off the walls in room, no soaps in the bathroom

The front desk person really nice. As we walked in to room smelled of smoke. Could see dust and things were not whipped down. Went to check the bed and found stain on bed cover .. very noticeable stain. The the tub had build up on it. I could sracp it off with my nail. The toilet had a ring in it, not from hard water. Could close the curtains, they where broken. We end up leaving because font a review a month ago about bed bugs.

The staff team was very professional and welcoming

Pool was filthy and had very little water (outside) even though the website advertised a pool and said absolutely nothing about it being closed. Mold in the bathroom around the bathtub and surrounding wall. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Requested a refund but was completely shutdown by the manager., he didn't want to hear anything i had to say. Will never stay there again. Also it was $30 more than another best western less than 5 miles away. Worst hotel stay ive ever experienced

The exspirence was horrible I waited until 3 pm to check in when I checked in my room had to be switched because housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning. I also paid $100 for insedendals witch makes no sense because the hotel isn't even in good condition. The overall stay.

The room was nasty. The lampshades all had like grease stains on them, the carpet was dirty and the wall in the bathroom was crumbling apart. The tub and toilet were dirty. I would never stay there again . The back entrance door was broken, there was no security and the fire extinguisher was out of date
