Very clean, good breakfast bar, quiet
-
The room was clean. Plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly except for the gentlemen behind the desk. Hallways were too dark and the hotel itself was dated.

Very good

There was an animal smell in the room.

The site did not indicate a 'per pet fee' and the room detail merely indicated "pet friendly". When I looked further, I did find 'the small print' noting a $35.00 "pet fee", but not per pet. However, upon showing this to the front desk, we were graciously refunded the fee. I only write this because (a) a pet fee should be made clear in a room description; and, (b) it should really only be applied if there is damage..after check-out, which should be made clear before or at check-in. Otherwise, the stay was positive.

Nice place to stay, quiet hotel, as Interstate 81 was right next to the building

Great location to explore the area!
-
Smells clean and looks clean Nothing to mention
-
We’ve had mixed experiences staying here over the years but the service and cleanliness have significantly declined since our last visit. There are many options in the area so we won’t stay here again.

A little more hot water in shower!

On the bright side the breakfast was top notch. Lots of very good food, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, waffle maker, fresh juices, muffins and danish, and more. The man who was taking care of the breakfast bar did a fantastic job. Everything was very clean and well stocked. He was contantly wiping off tables and makeing sure that everything was neat, clean, tidy and available. Loved the breakfast! I would stay again, There were a few minor issues but mostly we enjoyed our stay and don't have any regrets.

Dated and shabby. Holly was very nice/

When we pulled up out front, there are "no smoking" signs on either side of the door, and there was somebody under each one of them smoking. It kind of seemed like a flop house. We passed a room that had had the door kicked in (or something similar) and was fixed in a shoddy, careless way. Definitely the last time we'll ever get a room there.

Was able to top off my ev . They have chargers. Nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold items. Well kept . Well supplied and clean.

The beds were hard, I traveled with family so we had four people in a room and a baby and they only gave us three towels and three washcloths. I went up to the front desk to try to get more and the guy working told me I needed to bring my old towels to him first before he can give me new ones.. I argue with him that we didn’t get enough to begin with. It seemed like he didn’t wanna help me. My father-in-law then informed him that there was no towels in the pool area and it seemed like he was mad that he had to go replenish them. My family used the lobby to eat dinner and as we were packing up the same person working when I try to get the towels, said to another person working the desk “oh, they’re finally leaving”. In the bathroom, the toilet constantly runs so you can hear all night and day. The breakfast was meh, the potatoes were good, but they weren’t cooked all the way, and there was very limited options on what to eat. We will probably not be staying here in the future.

Very good

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Based on prices of other hotels this hotel is great value. I was going to stay at Holiday Inn Express which is a hotel I like but it was $70 night more!!!
-
The staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast had variety. There was lamppost down in the front lawn of the property. It takes away from the appeal/safety in terms of looks. The property overall was safe.

The person who was at the desk, I believe her name was Jenna, was excellent. She did a great job!
