The shower door in our bathroom was broken. So we could not use it. Minor inconvenience

The architecture and the build is just so beautiful. The cleanliness and the attention to detail was amazing! I honestly think the place was perfect

The location was amazing for nearby bars and restaurants. Great location for walking to the nearby exhibits and historical landmarks. The moment we walked into the facility we were blown away by how nice it was while preserving the original look of the 18th century palace. The accommodations were perfect for our stay and we felt right at home. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the hot water tank was only good for 1 shower, but once we figured that out we gave it some time in-between showers to avoid this.

Nothing.

Good contact with staff during stay!

Space is nice and cute, even with a little laundry under the sink ( which was helpful since we traveled for a long time)

Location , very clean , well equipped Noisy, you can hear neighbors . A better soundproof would make it perfect

Everything was great.

Check in process was very easy, nice designed rooms, washing machine was very convenient to use with a drying rack. Tv had google cast which is nice if you want to watch a movie. Walls are very thin, you can hear the other apartment and also outside - washing machine cycle is 3-4 hours long and takes a long time (would recommend a sheet saying how long each cycle is)

Extremely well equipped with respect to amenities and the entire stay felt like a luxury trip. They provided a washer which was very helpful, but there was no detergent. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have.

It smell a bit moist

The space was comfortable enough for our family, the high ceilings, the wall finishes and the perfect sense of independence between the 2 rooms made for a perfect stay. Me being a safety obsessed freak, would have liked a door security guard device available on the back of the doors or something else that we have control of from inside. I felt that the coded accessed entry system could be hijacked, my family couldn’t care less, overall the place is very safe, even as we arrived late at night…

Great location; easy to come in and out. Great little kitchen. Beautifully designed. Sofa (cheap convertible kind) is incredibly uncomfortable for sitting down --- probably not an issue for people who are traveling with kids and immediately convert it into a bed, but for us it was as we wanted to sit in it and watch TV. Could not connect to our streaming services as TV is android supporting only -- connection to iPhone simply doesn't work no matter how many times we tried to connect. Finally, I recommend a few coat hooks near the front door.

Beautiful and clean. We showered in cold water 2 out of the 3 evenings. We contacted the agent and they told us they would send someone the next day.

The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed available Sometimes the hot water didn’t last long

The Casa Señorial del Siglo XVIII was in a historic district of Sevilla and was wonderfully accessible to many of the sites around town. It was a very modern place with lovely spaces and light. Sevilla is amazing that it has been kept up in an extraordinary way as have many of Spain's beautiful cities. That construction upkeep process as related to the roads is ongoing and one slight disadvantage is that, combined with the one-way tiny streets, it can make it challenging to navigate with a car.

Centrally located very nice apartments coffee makings available Parking was a struggle for us they had it available but you had to register and pay in advance. Since we had arrived that day we had to call from the airport with the license number Then finding the parking was challenging

The locations was good ten to fifteen minute walk to the center of the action. Clean well appointed apartment. The first night the water heater was turned down so only one of us got a warm shower...... The noise from the above apartment was a bit much but its an old building with little insulation.

Loved the design and the clever use of space. Definite bonus having two bathrooms. The location was great too. Close to landmarks, bars, bakeries and coffee shops. Attentive service as well. No complaints at all.
