quiet and clean

Everything was ok but couldn’t get staff to properly clean my room. Specially my bathroom. Couldn’t get staff to put coffee cup lids for morning coffee. I actually spilt coffee on myself in car. If I had a lid to my coffee cup from room, I repeatedly asked staff for, I wouldn’t have 1st degree burns from hot coffee.

All great.

I will gladly stay there again.

On each of our Carlsbad/San Diego visits, we've been staying here and have absolutely no complaints; neither will you.

Room was very clean, confortable bed, parking is convenient, breakfast was better than regular continental breakfast and staff was helpful and friendly. Highlyrecommended!

Simple, small, clean room for us. The breakfast was okay. We were just here for a night, and we were all comfortable and slept well. Beware that there is an additional parking fee.

The staff were very accommodating here! we stayed during the World Cup games and asked them to put on the game for us and they immediately brought it on. Also breakfast was wonderful with so many different options. Waffle machine was a huge hit for us, different types of eggs, and freshly brewed hot coffee. We came down about 15 minutes before breakfast was done so we missed the egg bites option and there was no refill for that but they did refill the scrambled eggs. Room and bathroom was clean. Close to Legoland. Overall very happy with stay.

Good rooms

Stayed here with our two young kids for a trip to Legoland. We arrived pretty late so the staff who checked is us in comped one night of parking, which was nice. We booked a two queen bedroom but the room had issues so they have us a room with a king bed and sofa bed. Bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent and got the job done. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Friendly staff, well maintained amenities, the pool was clean and breakfast had many options available. Suitable for families with children.

The room was comfortable and parking was easy. The room had a strong odor like a sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

Customer service desk was great! Though I believe they were understaffed any amenities asked for was given. The breakfast buffet was excellent, my family loved it here! That you would need 3 nights stay to get your room cleaned. We had 2 nights stay and thought the room would be cleaned every night.

They overcharged the deposit for incedentals for a total of $608 and they could not explained why.
