We had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and quiet.

We had a very good stay. Large room and good kitchen.

Great for families traveling. Clean and staff was helpful and nice. Small kitchen was so useful in our room.

convenient to everything, clean, friendly staff. It’s just to noisy & crowded from dining area to our room. Somebody in second floor (maybe kids) keeps on running & making loud noises. I understand since we have kids too but mine you? I have an autism kid with me who is supposed to b hyper & noisy but guess what he’s super behave entire trip. pls control your kids especially in night time; btw thanx for our friendly (male) receptionist forgot they’re name’s did great service.

The hotel was extremely loud I could hear people at the pool and everyone down the hall it was very annoying.

Only con is that breakfast ends at 9am, I believe that’s too early.

Staff are nice. Love their breakfast buffet

This hotel was absolutely great! We were comfortable and everyone was friendly.

It was quite and the staff was amazing. I liked everything.

Amenities were perfect, including the pool and breakfast! Staff at front desk could have improved, being a silver member I’ve never been denied a water even after checking in, but two members of staff on two different occasions denied handing me a bottle of water. Aside from that, hotel has the best location due to its close proximity to Legoland (8min drive), outlets (6min drive) and many other hotspots.

The breakfast was incredible. Super family friendly. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect.
