Quality Inn & Suites Carlsbad Caverns Area

This hotel is located toward the dustier end of Carlsbad and despite this, the entire property is very clean, as was the room/bathroom. The breakfast was hot and tasty, coffee was good and the staff was constantly asking if there was anything I needed. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was new and sparkling clean. Room had nice tile flooring. Air worked well. Carol at front desk was great. As you entered they had a water cooler infused with assorted berries. The hot breakfast was great and they even had flavored green tea - which I am finding less and less of and always carry my own. Small for most - big for me. Shows how thoughtful they are though. Their hot breakfast included a meat and eggs and waffles. Oatmeal packets-Hot chocolate packets-hard boiled eggs, light yogurt. I enjoyed the hash browns and the 100% fruit cocktail cups. Another thoughtful touch. They had a list of restaurants for you. Definitely a must stay. Oh, and the police department was right next door - so no worry about safety.

Great Location the National Parks and multiple options for food! Breakfast in was nice in the morning! Huge room was great!! AC worked great!!

The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. Breakfast was well maintained and the area was very clean. Great stay!

The king sized room was perfect for my husband and I . Very clean . And the bed was extremely comfortable, we almost over slept . We headed down to breakfast the following morning and everything was fresh . The area was clean and we left full and ready to start our day . We enjoyed the stay so much we decided to stay another night ! On top of everything the staff was excellent.

Very convenient to Carlsbad Caverns

Dry clean and very comfortable property. The best part is the amazing staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, suggested places to eat and most of all, were just genuinely friendly and fun.

Breakfast was decent-eggs, waffles, sausages, cereals. Coffee and tea were okay. Bathroom didn’t have a fan.

Close to the caverns and located along the highway at outskirts of town. Friendly staff. Plenty of dining options offered, appreciated the personal recommendations. No complaints

Friendly staff. Good sized room. Enjoyed the pool. Good value for money. The paving and entry rail at pool were scorching hot. Some more shade out there would be great. There was a dead cockroach in our bathroom.
