Hotel is cute and i liked the live music but i was irritated that our room was not ready at check-in which was 4pm. They kept saying 15 minutes. It took an hour to get our room and it wasnt until we went to the front desk that they said the room was ready but didnt have time to call us it was already a bit past 5pm. I requested a late check out for a compensation which they agreed. Other than that hotel is cute and not far from downtown Carmel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, although a bit noisy. It was not convenient to get in and out of the parking lot, although being so close to Carmel is great. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay.

Exterior of building & hallways need a refresh. $30.00 for parking on large lot excessive.

To be fair, I checked in during car week, so it was busy. The hotel desk staff was helpful. I did not order breakfast or use the pool. The room I reserved was for just me; no pets. I was aware from the Expedia photos that they had rooms for pets and people and rooms with carpeting for presumably no pets, as the lawn area was missing from the patio. I received a room for pets and people with wood-type flooring. The floor was a bit gritty, but not bad. The room patio was exposed to a walking area and the pool, with the lawn for pets to use I think. This was unappealing to me, but maybe for you just fine. The bed was comfortable. The price? Okay, it was car week. $1700 for two days. The entry had cinder block walls, and a small closet with a curtain on a rod covering it. The room was so dark, I had to turn on all the lights to make it bright and happy. The bathroom was the best part. One of the hand towels had a small hair and what looked like dried mucus? Not sure. Parking is available, though there was not enough. Once I went to dinner, I had a hard time finding a spot. I was told the next day I could park at the shopping center behind the hotel, which was badly lit - I actually think it could have been lit by the moon. Not the best experience. The workers were so loud, the next morning, I reminded them it was a hotel and they should not be so loud, and one of them looked like he wanted to fight me. What the heck? I got another hotel.

I've stayed twice at this hotel and I cannot rave enough on how beautiful the property and convenient the location is. I would definitely say that this is my go-to stay when I'm in the area.
-
It was convenience, kindness and good value for money. Maybe it's on the road around 10-15 min from the town. But it's not an issue.

Very good

There’s a small area right across the street with a Starbucks and a few charming little shops, which is very convenient. This property is not located in the center of Carmel, so having a car is necessary to get around. As a result, you won’t experience the full “Carmel charm” just by walking out of the hotel. There was no one from reception to escort us to the room, so we had difficulty finding it. The rooms and bathrooms are average.

Place was decently remodeled but very loud and can hear right through the walls. We were placed in the back of the hotel next to the maintenance storage. We could hear everyone passing through (guests as well as workers). We had a view of the parking lot and didn’t feel private as it was the first floor, first room next to the entrance.

Very pet friendly, room was clean and balcony was spacious! Our family had a wonderful stay. We also enjoyed how the cute little shopping center was walkable and right behind the hotel.
