Loud, not the cleanest

Location was great, near to almost everything: the beach, restaurants, drugstores, markets. The window from the room was not so big and not with a nice view.

The staff very helpful at literally any time of the day or night whenever we needed it, and with whatever we needed. Everything was clean and neat all the time and the food in the morning was verrrrrrry good! The location was perfect for everything we did as well

Staff were very nice, close to beaches (although the beaches don’t have the nicest water) $25 USD guest fee, first room we were put in did not have functioning A/C, sort of difficult to get the hot water to work, wifi connection was pretty poor.

My parents went on vacation and entrusted them to the care of the hotel staff. They were thoroughly delighted with the hotel and expressed their appreciation for the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff. Maybe the pool is a tad small

Friendly staff Rooms have no windows! The only ventilation is through an open vent in the door which leads to the corridor, so that you can hear everything. Also, there is no hot water, which isn’t as bad as it sounds in a hot climate, but still…

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is something they should mention when confirming the reservation. I think it is overrated, for that price there are better options in the same area.

Best breakfast i’ve ever had in a hotel. Usually its just a buffet but they give you a whole meal. They also lend you towels for the beach at no extra cost. Honestly amazing service.

Good location enjoyed the top sitting area at night. The bartender/server was excellent ?. Enjoyed the cats ?. Good atmosphere up there They should have extra hooks in the bathroom. Also,they could benefit by having a sign saying something about if towels not required cleaning leave hung would save them having to clean them.

The people was very nice and helpful, the breakfast, the ac and the location I felt it was very expensive for what it was, the room needs a paint job, and the door lock was damaged.

Stay was great and comfortable. Everything was within close proximity. Mall, supermarkets, restaurants. 15 seconds in any direction can give you three or more restaurant choices.
