Location, cleaness, staff… Maybe breakfast could have more options but was good anyway.

Bocagrande beaches are pretty close. The hotel provides beach towels to a cheap rate. Our room was located just near a disco. Loudly music was horribe and doesn't allow us to rest. The breakfast could be not a pleasantr experience. In spite of the effor and care of the staff, they need help in the morning

Very nice location near Laguito and Bocagrande Beach. Too expensive for the facilities they offer. The elevators don’t make sense.

Great little hotel in Boca grande, great staff, well maintained

The location in Bocagrande was good. You are closed to the supermarkets, restaurants and city beach. The hotel is 3,5 Kilometer away from the Centro Historico, so that you can go there by Uber. The room was cleaned everyday and we get new towels everyday. A lot of place in the bathroom for your staff. The bathroom was clean but the equipment was a little bit old and worn out. Room was a little bit small. No air conditioning at the reception and it was hot and humid when you come in. A little bit noisy in the room because the hotel is in the bar street. The lady in the kitchen was very slow to serve breakfast. Especially if you booked a tour or you have to leave to the airport, it was a little bit critical. The travel agency Sunshine Travel Cooperation which sit inside the hotel was really terrible and offer bad tours.

Location but too crowded in New years days I stayed for 2 nights in new years eve and January 1st 2022. We had a problem with the check in. I paid for 2 rooms, 1 family room for 4 persons and another room for a couple. The hostess was very rude at the beginning and not helpful, she wanted to give a room for 2 persons instead a family room for 4 that i paid for. After 2 hours the manager solved the incident but i had to pay extra. Another incident was the breakfast in the second day it took forever and we couldn't get some stuff. The worst was that nobody cleaned the family room the second day and we had to share the towels from the other room because there was nobody responsible who help to clean the room and we arrived so tired to sleep. After these incident we talked with the manager about it and she just said, "sorry and we will improve" nothing else after overpaid for the rooms. The cost any other day is up to 4 times less and we just got a sorry but any consideration with money. Don't recommend anyone
