A big part of our rating goes to the staff – they truly made our stay special. Every team member, from the reception desk to the breakfast and bar staff, was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We arrived around 10 a.m., fully expecting to leave our luggage, grab a coffee, and explore the city until check-in time. To our surprise, our room was already available, and we were checked in immediately, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. The room was large, comfortable, and spacious, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in Cartagena's heat. Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who consistently made us feel welcome. Breakfast was more than sufficient, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thanks largely to the team at OZ Hotel Cartagena. We would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was underwhelming, they should make bacon and fried sausages as a standard in their breakfast this was the biggest let down from the hotel the breakfast we picked at the breakfast for me the breakfast was a 2 out of 10 but the hotel was awesome

Clean, spacious modern and comfortable room. Very amiable staff going out of their way to help. Good location. The room faced a rear wall so opening the curtains was a no go. Breakfast was just alright.
