Weak Wi-Fi signal in the room, constantly disconnecting. Expensive for the room size and amenities offered. No hot water in the shower.

The rooms are not the ones we found on booking.com. You have to force them to give you a more presentable one, at least.

Staff was very nice, they changed my sheets and trashcan every single day. Breakfast was nice. It included juice, cereal, toast and scrambled eggs. There is no hot water. The room was tiny, it had a tiny window that faced the hallway. The door to the bathroom didn't always shut and toilet needed to be repaired.

The internet was basic and many channels unviewable. Called a suite but more like a Hostel no refrigerator, bath and shower area small, toilet paper behind the toilet very difficult to get paper having to rotate around the toilet Location was great shelving and room accommodations was outdated

Great location, near everything, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and clean.

They give me a room right by the lobby!!! Knowing how people talk, it was laud! Day and night! Plus the bathroom, hardly elbow room! The shower tiny! The noises, people were too loud! Plus the breakfast could have been better, different ways to serve breakfast but they go for the long way

Location was great, staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are too small and with no windows or ventilation ducts. It feels like sleeping in a box. Bathroom also very small.

Three doors down from a 24/7 panadería! Staff were mostly friendly. One lady super rude during the day but everyone else was nice and helpful. No small fridge or microwave in the room. When discussing late checkout the day before, the staff said would not be a problem and would just pay the late checkout fee. The next day, when requesting late checkout, the lady laughed in my face as if I was living in a dreamland. Need better coordination amongst staff or fire the rude lady. Will not return to this hotel as a result of this experience.

No elevators. That’s the only true thing i didn’t like.

Good location, nearby the beach, restaurants and a supermarket No lift, they need an urgent fumigation in the rooms, they need to improve noise management between rooms, sometimes you can hear everything that happens next door, our toilet was broken, sometimes they weren’t towels in the room, there are no towel rails in the bathroom.
