I found the staff friendly, they are working with the best they have. The room didn't match the picture at all. We had a light hanging out of the ceiling over the bed and worried about things falling on us. The outside window over looked part of the buildings roof, the window didn't lock and people could access our room from the roof, if they wanted. The Airconditioning stopped working. The room smelt The breakfast wasn't the best.

The rooms are not the ones shown in the advertisement in booking. con, the first room is full of fungus in the shower and the closet and very small room. The second room has the same problem as the first one, they don't change the sheets when a customer leaves. You have to ask them to do it and that's how they try to trick you into thinking they've done it. If it weren't for the fact that I took photos before and after they wouldn't change it.

Very close to Bocagrande beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Kind and helpful staff. Bad isolated rooms, AC not working propperly, shower not working.

The location was good and the breakfast included was nice. The staff were very nice. The photos did not match the property and the room looked dated and cheap. Also they seemed to not want to give towels.

It was well located Staff was friendly Breakfast was good Wifi not that good. Room 203 had a leaking air conditioning we woke up in a puddle. The bathroom sink was falling ( actually) it was sent to maintenance the day of my check out.

Good location close to the beach and a very good restaurant next door to hotel Tv did not work air con stopped working the worst was the next morning the floor had condensation on it and I nearly slipped and fell over it was obviously due to the air con but was very unsafe
