Staff is amazing. The quiet and location of this place are the best. I did not like the pillows. Found them unconfortable.

Location, pool The shower was impossible. Either too hot or ice cold. It would not regulate properly. The rooms are pretty shabby.

The water pressure and restrooms were very small

Only 15 minutes aprox by Taxi from the Center of Cartagena .Pool was great, The Bed Really Comfortable, the exteriors very pleasant vibes, Restaurant food Really Good. and the Staff were very friendly ?.

Loved it

Everything was great ! The facilities are clean and always on point, 24/7 front desk, great for late after party arrivals. Every time I travel to Cartagena, I come to this hotel. The staff is amazing, Tomas in the night shift front desk is the best. I highly recommend it Nothing, for me and my family’s needs, it was spotless

I think that the breakfast options should have more variety. Other than that, the hotel experience was good.

Near the beach, pool area, nice breakfast. We asked to move rooms due to noise which they did do Very old, needs upkeep, noisy rooms. The reception staff also booked us onto an incorrect day trip and then took no responsibility for their mistake. Awful service

Good hotel overall. Good location in Bocagrande with a lot of restaurants around and ease of transport to activities. I disliked the plastic sun chairs at the pool, i thought the table chairs were more comfortable.

Exceptional

Location, staff very friendly. A/C wasn't working properly. Room was not cool enough. The maintenance guy said that was it. There was no space to put the computer. Room key didn't work properly. Shower hanle was loose. Breakfast if you request scarble eggs with ham, you can't ask for cheese ?? Room was small.

Wonderfully taken care of, great location, quiet and peace to go and enjoy the wonderful craziness of Cartagena. The staff was amazing, Jose in the restaurant and Ramiro in the lobby, incredible ! Will be back soon. God bless you guys Nothing, all perfect

Location A bit dated

Overall good place to stay. Great location and excellent friendly staff. Easy parking. Nothing

Hot water, clean and spacious bathroom. Large comfy beds and great location near beaches and restaurants. Good choice of hot food to order at breakfast and generally tasty. Swimming pool was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Taxi into central takes around 10-15 mins. Sun loungers are low - on the ground, so would be hard for older people to get up / off these. While sat at the pool the neighbouring building started to pour water from the roof and it lands on the sun loungers. Construction work near the pool was deafening but hopefully just a temporary issue. Often communication issues, advise new clients to use google translate if not fluent in Spanish.

This is not modern hotel but room is clean and spacious. Unlike the other places you can enjoy very big swimming pool, good bar and a lot of space outside. Honestly I rather to stay in this place than other new hotels with small rooms and baby size swimming pools.

Location and family oriented environment. Staff is nice and helpful.

This traditional hotel has it everything. Good location, it is close to everything; friendly staff, great pool, good food and restaurant. Beds were comfortable. I ll stay here again. Not really know. Hard to think about something I did not like. Maybe the washroom hot water tap was not working well, but to be honest in August in Cartagena you do not really need hot water.
