Nothing!! Horrible service. Dirty room, curtains were dingy the WiFi didn’t work . The pics on website were very misleading… Old hotel with a tainted smell. I will never stay here. Always view your hotel in person before booking it will safe you a lot disappointment and stress.

Switch rooms because remote for TV didn't work. It took a while to find a room with working remote

Everything. The building needs to be torn down. Worst breakfast ever. Didn't even want to eat it.

I told the hotel that my window did not have a lock on it and anyone can open it. The hotel was acting like it is normal and they said it is safe. I feel like they should have a lock on the window and the customer safety is important.

Right on main Avenue where all restaurants are. 1 block from ⛱️ beach.

-
There is no hot water as mentioned.

Good location. Quite spacious rooms. Simple, stylish decor in the rooms. Miserly management. I've stayed in many hotels, it's the first time I ever asked for early check in and they told me there would be a charge for it! If the room is empty and cleaned, why lose goodwill by trying to scrape a few extra dollars? Single glazing on a noisy street.

The window of my room lacked weather proofing. And due to rain from a tropical storm the window did leak.

Worst experience Cleanliness and maintenance

The room was okay for the price, the bed was very comfortable and everything seemed clean enough. The location is not safe, especially at Friday evening, with a lot of people drinking right where the entrance to the hotel is. Also, accessing the hotel is confusing, with the entrance being inside a gallery, and in order to call for the elevator you need to press a button and try to communicate with the lobby in order for them to send it to the lower level. Lastly, there’s always a concentration of vendors at the entrance, trying to sell you things in a very forced way, which is very uncomfortable, but I believe this is a problem of Cartagena not just the hotel.

Good air conditioning Not a safe location. No receptionist answered when I rang the intercom 4 times at 7:30pm trying to use the elevator. The door to my room had clearly been forced open a number of times with lots of visible damage to the door frame and door. I did not feel safe staying there. I will never return.
