Nothing about this hotel is good. The hotel did not provided the room that I booked and instead they provided a completely different room set up of what it was expected. The beds were very uncomfortable and the AC was broken.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The elevator is not working and i have climb five floors and is very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Its location is very convenient. Beat up hotel. Exterior doors room's color are faded due to sun hitting directly, blinds broken, small breakfast it seems they weigh the food prior to serve it. I picked that hotel since 5 years ago I stayed there, definitely maintenance has been neglected since to keep up with coastal environment...

they let us check in early for 30k which was very nice. the pool is small but is really nice especially when the sun is up overhead. the bed was huge and comfortable better quality towels

I was asked to pay for a pillow cover that was burn with an iron, there's ni irons in the room you have to request one in order to iron your clothes. I told the receptionist that I never requested one. They weren't able to proof that. They had to ask everyone that worked the front desk to confirm, as there was no log to track which room has requested an iron or not. They barely let me explain anything and right away said you card on file will be charged.
