Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh Cary

Room was clean just saw finger prints on bathroom door and entrance door . Also need better put out sofa was hard to sleep on . Need thicker mattress for pull out sofa. Breakfast was ok need more variety. How water from aluminum dispenser taste like coffee water needs to be cleaned better or just used for hot water. Central AC unit is in bedroom and can be a noisy at times. Also they need a door or some kind of divider where the bedroom entrance to the bathroom sink area.

The best Sonesta Es that I have ever stayed in 10/10

This is the third time we have stayed at this location. We find it clean, comfortable and in a great location for our purposes.

It was an amazing stay. I was there for a convention. It was Very clean. Tÿhe staff was helpful. Breakfast was fresh, hot and cold selections of your choice.. I will stay again..

The elevator was out of order. I traveled with my disabled wife that is on oxygen. I had to carry 8 oxygen tanks and a concentrator up 2 flights of steps. My toilet overflowed. I was that they would put in a request for the following day. I asked for a plunger because we couldn't be in a room all night without a working toilet. I was provided with towels to clean up the toilet water in the bathroom.

Clean rooms with good water pressure in the shower and good air conditioning. Staff very friendly and breakfast was great for on the go travel.

We enjoyed the spacious suite and full kitchen. Breakfast was 7/10 for taste and selection. Property amenities were great but the room furnishings were a little old. Very convenient location for our stay.

Really nice setting. Pool area with adjacent fire pit and grill area are nicely done amenities. Carpeting was damp with in one of the bedrooms of my suite on arrival and didn’t dry til I was ready to checkout. Perhaps it had been shampooed or deodorized?

Staff was friendly. Upgraded room was quite nice. Convenient to stores (car needed). Close to parks and concert venue. Breakfast was very repetitive.

The location was good and the breakfast was better than I had expected. I stayed in a suite. The floor plan was very well thought out making my stay a comfortable one. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The exercise room was a little small. Would have been nice to have a bicycle machine. The air conditioner was a little loud but not enough to keep me awake.

We checked in getting two rooms. The first room smelled like a chain smoker was the last guest. We went downstairs and they moved us. The second room was better Ac was cold shower had pressure but all night long there were bright flashes every minute from the smoke detector. The other room said the ac was very loud.
