Comfort Suites Regency Park

Bedding and towels are clean. Front desk and breakfast staff are helpful. The pool is out of service and half of the gym equipment is out of service. The hotel is not maintained well (carpet and floors are very dirty, ice maker barely works, wrong sized seat cushions on sofa bed).

Family friendly. Safe and convenient location.

The room was fairly clean but the room was sticky the air condition made the room feel wet sheets felt clammy you almost made like the room was moist and wet the whole time you slept very sticky room definitely not recommending anyone to stay above the 5th floor

Overall not the best experience. Pullout bed was nasty and had stains from where it had not been pulled out and cleaned it looked like for a while. Empty wrappers and hair ties also present in the pullout bed. Sheets that were given had holes present. We arrived back too late and did not want to complain so we just worked with what we had. Overall staff was really nice and fixed when we had issues with the key.

Pool closed for whatever reason

Didn’t like the fact that the first room assigned to us had a very smokey smell. They changed us to another room that was a little better but just a little musty smelling. I understand that the property is older so I guess that’s what you get. Also didn’t like hearing dogs barking in the hotel.

When we arrived we were given a room key to an already occupied room. Which could have been very awkward if the person would have been in the room. Then once we received our room key the room was very dirty and when we removed to cushions to pull out the couch for our kids there was either vomit or some sort of substance all over the pull out couch. Absolutely disgusting. Women t at the front desk was understanding and refunded our money. We had to drive home at midnight. Terrible experience

This is an older property and shows it. The “suite” had several non working outlets, and there was a large dead insect behind one dresser. It also didn’t feel truly clean. There were no linens on the sofa bed - when I asked at the desk they said they don’t make up the bed since “most people don’t use it.” At least the linens and pillow could be left in the closet for guest use. Breakfast had issues too, including rubbery eggs. We will not stay there if we’re ever back in town.

Unfortunately, I have to be honest about my experience. This hotel is very outdated, stale, musty, and worn. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I questioned staying there, but it was very late after a long day of traveling, so I convinced myself it couldn't be that bad. It was. The elevator was old and clunky, and the hallway carpet was heavily stained. The room itself had an overwhelming musty odor that immediately left me feeling congested. The lighting was so dim that I didn't notice what appeared to be mold in the air conditioner and on the bathroom ceiling until the next morning. Within 10 minutes of checking in, I contacted Orbitz because I was so uncomfortable. They contacted the hotel, which approved an early checkout with a refund for my second night. By morning, I woke up with a severe headache, sore throat, and was so congested I could barely breathe through my nose. I checked out and booked another hotel. The only bright spot was the woman working the front desk during my late check-in. She was genuinely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, checkout was the opposite, no greeting, no asking about my stay, and no "Have a good day." I won't be staying here again and can't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

It was fine for a one night stay.

Window drape is dirty and short, couldn’t fully cover the brightness from outside. The sofa also very dirty. The water flow rate at the bathtub drain outlet is very slow. The fridge is not cold. Parking is fine, breakfast is decent, the staff is nice.

Room was clean, small repairs in the room needed, but nothing too noticeable

It was a horrible experience from the moment I arrived.

Body wash is not in the room, otherwise property is great

This hotel is very clean love the continental breakfast and the staff is very friendly and kind they ti give you a fantastic experience

One problem..no ice machines in the whole placed worked. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.
