Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh/Cary

We are seniors and travel with our golden retriever, Maizy. We requested first door room near an exit. When we arrived, that was exactly what we got. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful as were all the staff. When we left, I asked if we could have the same room and she made sure we did! We will be staying at this wonderful hotel every time we travel to our beloved Outer Banks. Thank you all so much!

The staff was phenomenal. The young lady who assisted me was on point with her job. However, there was a distinct foul odor on the hall that I was staying on to such a degree that it smelled like unclean horse stables, or a pigs star. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to relocate me to the opposite end of the hotel with an another room. However, by the next morning that same foul odor began to exude from the corridors of that end of the facility. It was quite unpleasant. I would recommend a staff in a heartbeat, but the facility I would not.

We requested 1st floor, near door. We are seniors with our golden retriever, Maizy. We got the perfect room. The desk clerk was so friendly, kind and helpful! We loved everything so much that we requested the same room on our way back! Excellent all around experience. A++++ Thank you!

The breakfast menu had a lot of great options! I paid for my room about a week in advance, and when I arrived it was very quick!

Staff was amazing

Location was fine. Staff was nice. I paid for breakfast. 1 coffee was included. I didnt realize ALL courtyards charge PER COFFEE! I doubt I will ever pick another courtyard - I need a couple coffees in the morning, and as expensive as the room was, I think its a poor policy to charge customers for coffee.

Nothing there is included no breakfast. You can’t even get a bottle of water for the room unless you pay for it and the rooms were not that great for the amount of money I paid. I should’ve stayed at Hilton and when you mention something about that to the staff, they don’t wanna hear it.

Not very nice Smelled really horrible and nothing was really kept up. Ended up leaving within 30 minutes.

The bed was comfortable Very disappointed with room. Dirty shower and floor. We had to move to another room due to smokers next door. Very inconvenient! Big bug in second room. Just very disappointing and definitely NOT worth the money!!!
