Very friendly staff. The room is nice and clean. It could be noisy, if the window faces the street. Besides, do not quite understand, why there is spa in the title.

Location was good, the owner was extremely nice and friendly, the room and the bath were comfortable everything was good

It was very central to restaurants and public amenities I didn’t like the flickering light that stayed on so had to disconnect the power which meant I couldn’t charge my phone. Also used the Spa on the 2nd night but the controls malfunctioned and this caused water to cascade everywhere. Had no alternative but to turn power off and spent over an hour moping up a wet floor. Was no one around who could give me a mop so had to use the towels. Also left my entry key in the room on the last day by mistake because I went out to find the switch to press to get out of the door downstairs and of course my room door closed. Had to wait nearly an hour for someone to come to let me back into my room.

The room was clean and fresh, and it had a small balcony door you could leave open while you were there. The bathroom was a nice size and had everything you needed. Alessandro's recommendations about dining were spot on. Alessandro is not on the premises, but must live some distance away, because when my friend in the next room had problems, he couldn't get there quickly. He did his best to resolve these on WhatsApp.

The people were very nice but I expected it to be more modern and in a nicer neighborhood than what I found. Be aware it's not anything like what you may think of as a BB I didn't like the area or neighborhood

Lovely spa bath and owner super helpful and tried really hard with Google translate to meet our needs and explain things-nice and clean-could do with a new blind or curtain but didn't bother us Bathroom was lovely but small if you're a big bloke ?

Close to train station 5 min walking Very small room, noisy building, no breakfast before 8:30 am, pay attention not to leave the keys inside when leaving as you need them to open the building main entrance
