Beautiful!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was adequate. The street is a bit sketchy and the pic makes it look very appealing. The only thing I take issue with was the staff. I never felt welcomed in the hotel and never got a hello when entering or even a good morning once. The housekeeper was at the front desk when I checked in but didn’t speak a word of English but managed by calling someone on the phone that did. The man who appeared to be the owner/manager was not friendly and never cracked a smile until I was leaving.

It was the perfect place to stay: Close to all sights, good food, transportation hub for trains, buses, taxis, great breakfast. Great host plus a rooftop retreat-I couldn’t have asked for more- will definitely stay there again . The palace was a show stopper Needed more days to stay cause it was perfect

Nice place with beautiful furniture in room. Yummy breakfast. Wish room had a kettle to make tea as the weather was cold and rainy.

Cortesia, location

Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, location was also good. Price could be less, it's very costly if compared with the kind of hotel it was. Location was also great, very near to the station. The price, and when you go out for lunch or dinner, they ask you to leave the keys at the reception and then when you come back you have to take it back from there. I came across such thing first time in my life. Hotel should have another key for every room so that they can use that one for cleaning the room. And when you charge this much, you should atleast put one hand wash in the washroom, some shower gel to take the shower. There was just one soap. I couldn't figure out that if I shoul use it as hand wash or to take the shower.

Hotel was close to the train station and the royal palace. Breakfast was good..Room was clean and comfortable. Staff all were helpful. The lady at the front desk helped me a few times including helping me find a driver for an excursion I wanted to take to a town about 30 minutes north.

very helpful staff, able to leave luggage before and after stay. Helped with restaurant recommendations

I spent a cold, miserable night there. It had rained and my clothing was wet. Was looking forward to a warm shower and dry clothes, but the room never got even slightly warm. The air conditioner/wall room heater read that it was 24 deg C, but all it produced was cold air, and the radiator in the bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast room not at all pleasant.

Value for money excellent. Old building, but comfortable. Continental breakfast. Limited car parking on site. Easy reach of train station.

Very good

Good price. Big room. Historic building in an old development. It is not easy to communicate in English. There are not many options at breakfast.

Close to the centre, the train station and the Reggia palace. Old-style hotel, all a bit tired, dark and depressing, extremely unfriendly staff, tiny shower, toilet difficult to flush, wi-fi hit and miss (mostly miss), very basic breakfast (you have to ask the guy behind the bar what you want and hope it's available). I don't recommend staying here if you have other options. I'm not a fussy traveller and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels but this was probably the most unfriendly and unwelcoming.

I loved my stay here while visiting Caserta and the palace! The hosts were so nice and the breakfast was awesome. No complaints from me.
-
Good location for train station and the Caserta Royal Palace. I arrived before check-in and the hotel was locked, but on pressing the bell someone came and I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel while I visited the Caserta Royal Palace. I had to ask at reception for the wifi password. Staff didn't speak English, but this wasn't a problem. The single room was clean and fine for the price. I slept well and there was no problem with noise.
