The location by the train station and palace was perfect. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. She provided everything we needed for 2 babies. The kitchen had the basics we needed to cook and the host provided lots of lovely food for breakfast. There were a few basic things missing such as a bottle opener and a few things were broken such as the blinds and fridge door handle. The balcony was very small and enclosed and there was no space to relax other than the kitchen. I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem for groups who are out in the evening but with 2 young children we were mostly in.

The room was lovely, so was the bathroom. It had a little balcony, the view wasn’t much to write home about, but it was a cute set up and perfect for morning coffee. The room is in a building that is similar to an office building or an apartment building, it was a little bit odd, but not a big deal and we were totally comfortable. It is in a fantastic location for visiting the palace. The neighborhood is a little bit gritty, but we can recommend an amazing pizza place very nearby that we stumbled upon and it is one of the top 50 pizza places in the entire world and I think they actually took sixth place last year. It was our last dinner in Italy before flying home and it was outstanding! It was called Pizzeria Masanielli. The interior was much prettier than the exterior would assume. All in all, this was a great stay, just make sure you have very clear information about where to come with your car if you have one.

Great location, very close to the station. Marta was very quick to respond via WhatsApp for check in and check out. We used Booking to get the room and the description of the room is not quite the same as the actual room. We ended up changing to a slightly bigger room that was in accordance to Booking description but is different than the description on their site. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction. They were also kind and understanding to our train arriving 2.5 hrs late!! I think due to the room change we got a room that wasn’t quite ready for guests. They came in to make up the second bed. No kettle to heat hot water and we ran out of TP 2 hrs before check out. There was only a partial roll when we arrived and I didn’t notice there weren’t extras or I’m sure they would have corrected it.

Good transportation from Naples airport. Nice room. Good location for our 1 night stay; the beautiful palace and grounds are only a few minutes walk. Helpful host who gave us good dinner recommendations. Nice breakfast of croissant and juice. Air conditioning leaked water all over the floor and dripped briskly and noisily all night. We didn’t sleep well at all. We told the host the next day and she said the AC was working and not leaking. However, there were 3 trash bins by the AC in the room in addition to the bathroom and bedroom trash bin, something we thought was odd until our middle of the night water leak; we used all 3 plus both our shower towels. We don’t think the water leak was a new problem.

Clean, comfortable, modern, walking distance to restaurants, the host was so helpful and responded quickly. We had a little confusion with the multiple keys, but the host sorted us right away when we asked.

The amenities were great. The room was well-furnished. The light options and the location are excellent. I loved my stay. The shower drain got clogged easily, which made the shower messy. The bedsheets did not stay on the bed that well.

I am Gluten Free and the host had provided a large selection of Schar products, which anyone who is GF knows are superb quality. The room was more like a cottage style AirBnB than the typical B&B room we had expected but it was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location is superb if you are visiting the Palazzo Reale - the main attraction here - literally 100m walk away, which is a good job given the size of the Palazzo you're going to explore! It's also a short walk into the centre of town for a wide variety of restaurants. If you're GF, try the Sunshine Pizza - it's much better than the name may suggest but you need to book if you can. Secure parking was provided in a neighboring block, which is a bonus in Italy. The very old-fashioned metal frame, metal link, single beds were a surprise but comfortable enough, although being downstairs in the "lounge" could present a problem for some groups (there's a king size up on a mezzanine, which we avoided due to the steep, narrow stairs). There were no comfortable chairs to sit in - nor room to place any - so this B&B is only good for a night stop to travel out from, which is what we were after. The rest of the building around the quadrangle was in various states of repair/renovation though this didn't impact our stay.

I am have a Genius level on booking and I travel a lot, but its the first time I have to write such a bad rating and get into such a messy situation. The score of the booking.com is clearly too good. There wasn't any hot water in the apartments, so we contacted the owners through booking and they said that this is the first time, but they were lying - we read previous reviews we found out it happened to other guests as well. After a long day we couldn't rest and sleep, because the apartments were near very busy streets. The A/C and the door lock were not working, the parking lot was very dirty. We didn't feel safe. At 4 a.m we got a message with a phone number that supposedly belonged to the hosts so we don't know who talked to us eaelier. I had the worst experience. Do not pick this place, it's not even close to the Caserta Palace and also you will go to the palace without the oportunity to freshen up and rest. And breakfast was also poor - we only had dry bread.
