Location was perfect as it was 5 minutes from the Reggia of Caserta. The breakfast was outstanding as it provided a variety of food and the food was excellent. Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The Front desk staff was outstanding as they provided excellent customer service. Nothing... It is a fantastic hotel focused on providing the customer excellent service.

The parking was perfect. The service at front desk was professional. Both Italian and English were spoken. The rooms were large and comfortable and the amenities were sufficient. When we required assistance, it was available immediately. Location was perfect. I liked every thing about this hotel! There was nothing that we didn't like!

very nice hotel right across from the Palace nothing

Perfect location for a visit to the Royal Palace. The Palace is across the street from the hotel, so in terms of location the hotel can't be beaten. Good air conditioning in the summer during heat wave. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is dated, including the lobby, restaurant, and room. The bathroom in the room has new sink and toilet, but the shower looked as it was the original from many years ago. The carpet in the hallway was stained and old. The breakfast was not comparable to other Italian hotels. The selections and presentation were flat and not inviting. The coffee from the machine was horrible, but one waiter brought me a coffee from the kitchen which was much better.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The proximity to the palace made it the perfect place to stay. The hotel is also located very close to shopping and a lot choices for lunch and dinner. The room was perfect. Really appreciated the upgrade they provided. It made for an amazing experience for me and my wife. The breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from and it was very good. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

We booked this at the last minute, after a landslide on the Adriatic coast re-routed our Bologna to Bari train trip through Caserta. After a four-hour bus ride through the mountains from Pescara to Caserta, we arrived tired and hungry at 10pm, just as the restaurant was closing for the evening. The front desk clerk upgraded our room and offered to keep the restaurant open so they could prepare a simple meal for us. It was delicious, and we were grateful. We plan to return to visit the palace, and we will certainly stay again at Hotel Royal Caserta. Nothing. All was great.

Large comfortable room. Comfortable lobby with lots of seating. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choices. Adjacent to Reggia di Caserta with easy walking. Just down the street from great gelateria and grocery store.
-
Very friendly staff, nice room, walkable to train station and palace. The dining room was rather sterile. Okay setting for breakfast, but not very cozy for dinner.

Everything.

The location was perfect for access to the royal palace and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a wide variety of options with something for everyone.
-
Breakfast was solid, convenient location to royal palace, good value.

A nice modern hotel that looks like it was recently renovated. Right next door to the Royal Palace and train station. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a better room at no charge. Would stay again. Easy to walk to a good restaurant.

An excellent hotel from the welcome at Reception. We seemed to be upgraded to a suite. Everything was very good. We had a huge circular bed. We ate the first night in the hotel restaurant. This was the only disappointment. When paying the bill on leaving I said that we didn't like only having pasta choices for the first course; there is much more to Italian cuisine than pasta. We were given a discount. Just the first course pasta at dinner.

The location was excellent , near the train station, the palace. And good restaurants

The location was excellent and so convenient for us. It is down the street from the train station and across the street from the Caserta Palace. Our only complaint is that the beds are terribly uncomfortable. Beds were hard!
