    Everything Nothing to say

The Residence was within a few minutes of the train station, La Reggia and the main boulevard of town. Gianpaolo paid attention to the tiniest detail and breakfast was available at a nearby Cafe. Immaculate property and nicely furnished. Would stay again.

Gianpaulo was the friendliest host we had encountered in all the Booking.com rooms. He was very accommodating. The room was spotless. SeFok wrote the review above - I (Joyce, his wife) just LOVED Gianpaolo's ("John Paul") warmth and friendliness! Our room was not only super clean, but it was spacious, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. Hot water pot and tea, refrigerator provided as well. Small balcony with plants and the A/C unit (which we didn't need; we were there in April). Breakfast was Italian style and simply a ticket for coffee and choice of croissant at a nearby bar, but it was a VERY nice and upscale "bar" with pleasant indoor seating! Building has an elevator so moving luggage was not a problem. Gianpaolo went above and beyond in accommodating us (we requested leaving our luggage with him so we could visit the Anfiteatro in Santa Maria Capua, picking it up mid-afternoon for our train to Napoli). Rezidenza la Reggia was very conveniently located, close to the train station, places to eat, Caserta's Centro Storico, and also the famous Reggia di Caserta (unfortunately closed the one day we were in Caserta, alas!). Grazie mille Gianpaolo! Speaking of the Anfiteatro - it is the 2nd largest amphitheater (after the Rome Colosseum) in Italy and it was well worth our time and trouble to visit!!! We had it mostly to ourselves and it was beautiful! The underground portion was very green with amazing arched colonnades - how did the Romans build so precisely? Entry price was very reasonable (ca 6 EUR pp?), purchased at a nearby bar which has food and good toilets.

The host was really nice and the room was beautiful. The host catered to our late check-in time and made other adjustments that were not necessary, but definitely nice to have. The place is beautiful, comfy, and close to attractions, food, and the train (to go to any other big city). It was a nice experience and was the best place we stayed in Italy. I wish I had stayed longer.

Breakfast is prepared by the best local pastry shops, but it's not a sufficient breakfast.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment looks exactly as it was described on website, very spacious and clean. It is only short walk from the train station and Royal Palace of Caserta – excellent location. The host is super nice and friendly; they also serve breakfast – they give us a voucher to the nearby restaurant, and we had a cup coffee and croissants to start our day. We recommend this place to anyone who visits Caserta and looking for a nice place to stay.

Property is very central in Caserta, a minute walk from the train station. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with. He met me outside the evening I arrived to make sure I could find it, and stored my bags the last day when my train wasn’t until later in the afternoon. Nothing!

Trying to think about what I didn’t like. The apartment was beyond perfect and the host was exceptional. The place is beautifully designed and decorated, brand new. Every single detail is tho if it out and his taste is impeccable. I can’t say there is anything I didn’t like about it.

I can't recommend BnB La Reggia enough for anyone visiting Caserta. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality of Giampaolo and his wife. They went above and beyond, treating us with such kindness that it felt like staying with loved ones. Beyond their wonderful welcome, the B&B itself is fantastic: newly renovated rooms, impeccably clean, and with convenient, safe parking. The breakfast voucher for a nearby café was a brilliant, upscale start to our day. You'll feel incredibly well taken care of here.

Exceptionally clean. Beautifully updated space within walking distance to train, palace and central Caserta. Gianpaolo was the perfect host, greeting us on the street upon arrival and showing us around. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Nothing, Everything was as described.

it just doesn’t get any better than this ! I just wish I could give 20 stars! Gianpaolo is beyond perfect. He was waiting for us outside when we drove up. Then he parked our car for us inside. (Would have been difficult for me) So … valet parking. ? The location is convenient to everything. Easy walks. The apartment couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need. Luxurious shower. Fridge, stove, super comfortable bed. A little patio outside. A 10% discount at Tre Farine and free breakfast at the bar up the street. But above all is the wonderful, gracious, helpful host Gianpaolo! you gotta be kidding. what’s not to like? It’s perfect.

I had an exceptional stay at Residenza La Reggia and wholeheartedly recommend it. Gianpaolo, the owner, personally greeted me upon arrival, demonstrating his warm hospitality and excellent communication skills both before and during my stay. The property is ideally located just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Despite its proximity, the accommodation was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a relaxing environment. The unit itself is newly renovated with impeccable attention to detail. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about the space felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was another highlight of the experience. The meal was delightful, and the Illy coffee added a premium touch to start each morning on a high note. Between its prime location, beautifully updated accommodations, and Gianpaolo's outstanding hospitality, Residenza La Reggia is a gem. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The door was not as soundproof as I would have liked it to be. But everyone became quiet at night, so it wasn't a big deal.

Very cozy unit with everything we needed, including umbrellas. The host and his family were outsanding, showing us how to operate everything, restaurant and site recommendations, allowing us an early checkin and leisurely checkout. We will return! Nothing!
