Great staff.

Absolutely nothing. Garbage place avoid it. I booked it for one night as i was flying out of Naples and they advertise their close proximity to the airport, but know that it is not in Naples and taxi will cost you 40 euros. They advertise shuttle service, but that will cost even more (50 euros) as the receptionists make cuts for booking it for you.

Early check in. I checked in at 1:30 pm No restaurant. At about 9:00 pm it sounded like someone was assaulted or murdered down the hall. So I packed my bag and left. The shower was disgusting. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Double charged from airport to location because of different municipality. Air did not work had to leave windows open, shower floor was cracked.

I was looking for something close to the airport I rent a car and was easy to rich the highway ( we went to Ercolano) also I ordered an Uber to downtown and was less than EU 30

While near the NAP airport, it required an extra taxi fee because it was outside of Naples proper. The room was dark, the air vents were dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable. The noise from the departing jets kept us awake. In a mixed area. Nothing nearby. good for a stay if you have an early a.m. flight.

This was a great overnight stay before leaving from the airport the next day. The only thing that we didn’t appreciate was the phone call from the front desk at 12:15 am in the morning to ask if we had a car parked. We had told them at check in we didn’t have a car. We had been asleep for 2 hours so made for not a great sleep. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area and approximately 30 minutes from the airport. A taxi coat $35 euro and the the bus was $1.50 each

It is very difficult to get to this location if you arrive to Naples by ferry. It’s about 2 hours away from the port. It’s also not as close to the airport as advertised. It’s about a 30 minute drive. The “shuttle” is a taxi service that charges 42 euros to take you to the airport. The room itself reeked of cigarettes. The walls are extremely thin so you hear every sound in the rooms next to you. The room was also quite dirty, the floor was covered in hair and dirt, the walls were scuffed, the shower floor was filthy. I recommend staying anywhere else in Naples.

Hotel was lovely, comfortable and clean.. The location was horrible, wrong side of airport, the purpose of staying here was to be close to the airport, but it was way beyond the airport, cab was twice as much from the train central and no busses in the area. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, also.

Nice old fashioned hotel with breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Besides being “ close to airport” is was unfortunately a 45 euro taxi fare.

Value for money. Overnight front desk staff could be more courteous and of help to those leaving for early hours flight.
