The cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, the free parking. Although breakfast was not available at this time, we did get cappuccinos. A car is needed to access Cassino.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location right off of the highway. We appreciated being able to arrive late at night thanks to the 24 hour front desk policy. Great value for the price. We were very happy to find such a great place. Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

The hotel is close to the highway. They accommodated us after midnight. Very nice gentleman at the front desk even though we arrived at 00:30 in the morning.
-
Overall satisfactory, fair for the price, good comfortable rooms, clean and warm. The breakfast was very barebones.
-
Room spaciousness and cleanliness, Showcase at reception with historical items, huge parking problematic exit from parking, heavy traffic at street next to hotel , week communication with staff due to their inability to speak in English. It's a shame, because they seem to be very nice people

Cheap, only needed 1 nights stay, the room was a decent size, the man on the desk was polite. No beverages on site, not even a vending machine, late check-in so no where close to there open (apart from a strip club). The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, the bed felt damp and left a smell on our clothes. The lift was really small and could only fit 4 people at a push, luckily we didn't bring luggage up to the room as that would have been multiple trips. No WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby.

Good location, close to highway, big parking, very good coffee for breakfast, helpful personel. Ideal place to visit Monte Cassino.
-
It’s location. Near the beautiful place of Monte Cassino. A run down, dirty hotel with no internet or other facilities. Staff spoke little or no English and the fridge in the room held other guests used bottles.
-
Great hotel for an overnight stay, spacious rooms. Good parking place near the hotel. The hotel is located near the highway. I wouldn't stay long because it needs repairs (to renovate the hotel).
-
Hotel close to the motorway for a stop for the night. All you need. Friendly man helped us at late check in in the night. You can park right outside the hotel. Spacious rooms. Have nothing bad to say. It lived up to my expectations and needs. A bit worn.

Quite and really hotel. Some staff members cannot speak English. Elevator was not working. There was no place to warm water for baby.
